Blue Panther vs. Ultimo Guerrero

Very good heel performance from Guerrero here but i thought Panther was even better as the face. Very good at garnering sympathy from the crowd here and getting them on his side during his comebacks, not that he really needed to do much because the crowd were absolutely in love with him. He was doing some crazy stuff during his comebacks too. A 65 year old man shouldnt be doing sentons off the apron or frankensteiners off the top rope but he was doing that here and making them look effortless too. This maybe overstayed it's welcome slightly but overall this was a very strong match and very impressive given the age of both guys involved. ****"

These guys are sickos, i havent seen any of their other matches but this was so fun, blue panther at 65 hitting a spanish fly and taking a middle rope powerbomb are things that remind you how much you live pro wrestling. 4/5 stars"

Like, most of the spots were the same they had in their previous match when Blue Panther won, but it still rocks and deliver a great show anyways. So freaking funny and entertaining for whoever judges himself as a fan."

They're 3/3 on their little series since August, which is insane. 108 combined years of age and these old heads are still incredible, doing unbelievable things for our entertainment. You just have to be greatful. I thought this was very similar to their Domingo Familiar match back in September, even the biggest hits were the same, but I just don't care, I loved watching it like it was the first time. Just a very charming pairing, I hope they keep doing this forever."

[7.0] "With a babyface-heel dynamic where the work unfolded gracefully, paired with an active crowd, it made for an atmosphere that felt like a breathing, living entity of its own, and in turn, it made this bout feel timeless. Guerrero, for two-thirds of the match, took a more minimalist approach, taking in the reactions and playing with them while building towards Blue Panthers moments where he'd shift the tide by delivering comeuppance in a way that was crowd-pleasing as he delivered the more dynamic offense. In the last third, it is where Guerrero took the bigger risks, which in turn elevated the stakes and gave it a proper feeling of having to truly vie for the victory. Very lovely match. ***3/4"

[7.0] "A fun old lads match. Blue Panther still going at his age is amazing. He isn't by any means in his prime but he's still good. He's beloved by the crowd still and can still deliver a fun match. Ultimo Guerrero was a great base for Panther in this match and caught the massive lad of Panther multiple times and felt like he felt it quite a bit on the topes. Fun match ***1/2"

[7.0] "I mean I've seen these two work so many times I can picture everything they are going to do before it happens, and yet, there's still something incredible about seeing Blue Panther pull off his dives and take such brutal bumps at his age. The trust these two men have in one another is supreme."
