Kosei Fujita & Robbie Eagles vs. KUSHIDA & Yuki Yoshioka

[9.0] "Great tag team match, and I say that as a guy who is often ambivalent towards New Japan. KUSHIDA holds a soft spot in my heart though and I thought he looked awesome here, the clear standout. Wish he could find a place to get a better push but here we are. Robbie Eagles also did a notably good job I thought, very punchable dude."

[8.0] "An excellent Jr. Tag team match with a lot of constant action, by far the MOTN up to this point. ****"

[9.0] "The best match of the tournament by far. Amazing chemistry between the teams, who both showed what it means to them"

[8.0] "This was a rock solid, hard fought with tons of back-and-forth. Both teams struggled with getting real momentum, but in the last few minutes Eagles/Fujita were simply a better team, and KUSHIDA's last ditch effort didn't buy him enough time to get assistance from Yoshioka. ***3/4"

[7.0] "This was nice for a main event, however there were a few times were the match felt like it was dragging. There were also some nice sequences, but nothing overly exciting. It was good for what it was. ***.75"

[7.0] "Maybe on rewatch this would be an 8, but let's settle on 7 for now. The match was pretty sick, but I felt like first half was a bit dragging and overall there's still a very big untouched potential. I also wish we could get a proper grappling call back to BOSJ from KUSHIDA & Fujita. I can see how this match would be a real banger as a Korakuen main event, but Niigata show that is. Hope to see Kosei vs. Yoshioka in the future. ***3/4"

[7.0] "Was a nice match that gave what it needed to gave, was nicely paced and with some tension, everyone did a good work there"
