[1.0] "Lunacy is usually fun. This show was abysmal, with many of the wrestlers - particularly RVD - looking like they'd rather be anywhere else. The main event was up there with the worst matches I've ever seen."

[7.0] "To be honest here, it was a pretty good show but I'm gonna have to knock it down a few points due to some glaring issues. Firstly is the technical issues which delayed the show for a few hours after its intended start time. Believe it or not, this was initially supposed to start at Midnight Pacific time but got pushed into early Saturday morning when they had a taping just less than 24 hours removed from this show in Los Angeles. I feel as though if they had at least fixed some of the issues in time during the intermission between Strangle-Mania and Joey Janela's Spring Break X, most of the criticism for this show would've been minimal. But here we are. Honestly, Vampiro definitely deserved a good retirement match and thankfully he gets to celebrate the end of his career with the ICP. That was pretty good to be honest here. I know him and Vito have fought before but adding PCO to the match probably made it a bit more unpredictable as PCO doesn't really have much experience with Vampiro outside of the 2023 Lucha Libre World Cup. Kenta being added to the show was certainly interesting along with Rob Van Dam as it does add some international flavor to the show but after Kenta broke his nose in that six-man tag team match with the Good Brothers, they rushed it. It was clear a lot of the wrestlers were exhausted after a long day of wrestling and a lot of them were probably wanting to get some rest after that whole technical issues debacle on GCW's end. The freak show three way tag team match was also alright as the Backseat Boyz usually do a good job with their matches as well. The Kamikaze Chaos match might as well be the closest we'll see to a death match in this show as Mickie Knuckles is a veteran in that style of wrestling though Kerry Morton is probably going to have to let's say get booked on a Tournament of Death event sometime in the future or something like that. The concept of a tag team match for a singles championship is somewhat of a unique concept as well including the first to pin gets the title rule but hey. It was alright in my opinion. Just seems like they had a good idea of what they wanted but the blame's mostly on GCW for delaying the show and probably fucking up the wrestlers' sleep patterns. If this was the Gathering of the Juggalos then this wouldn't have been an issue but GCW has had a history of skimping on stuff like with Powder Keg last year when they forgot to buy a fire extinguisher. Overall, sucks that the issues had to happen but good show nonetheless and thanks, Vamp for ending your career with your family."

[1.0] "An atrociously boring show but not the worst show ever. There were some fun things on the show and some good wrestling and then there were immobile old men and immobile less old men who simply can't go anymore. Funniest thing about the show was the camera work during backstage promos and the best part of it was the world title match because it was much better than I expected."

[3.0] "[3.0] JCW Strangle-Mania 2026 ends up being the worst show out of the whole Vegas Weekend which should have been expected. This was late into the night so the crowd is mostly dead for this whole show. Only highlight is the World Title match where everything else is either horrid or mediocre. The opener could be a worst match of the year contender if it went past 5 minutes. Morton vs. Knuckles was horrible, we get some weak matches and then the World Title match ends up being decent and the main event is horrible. JCW continues to prove to be the worst promotion ever right now."

[4.0] "On a technical level this easily the worst show of Wrestlemania Week. That being said this was honestly a bit of fun. I enjoyed this more than Wrestlemania Night 1 and Podermania but those shows were admittedly still more competent than what JCW produced here. What the show had in spades however was heart. It's shocking that a show that seems to be booked by Vince Russo, features a cast of stupid gimmicks, carnies and dudes past their prime had more soul than the gold standard of the industry. Every match had a promo before hand and despite how late this show was on everyone seemed to be having fun. I've never watched Lunacy but after this I feel like I get the appeal because this was a beautiful car crash. I say car crash because the wrestling on display was the pits. The show opens with a six man between a bunch of senior citizens who can't go and a bunch of fat guys who can go but chose not to. It really set the tone for what was to come. The show closed with a pretty abysmal brawl between Vampiro, Big Vito and PCO (who didn't show for his match with Manders but showed for this). I love Vampiro but holy shit what a sad way to go out. I don't know how any of this happened but I'm glad it did"

[3.0] "Not a good show. I am not a regular JCW viewer but with their addition to The Collective, I thought I would check it out. The show ran in the late night after starting late with the main event starting after 3am local time. The wrestling ranged from bad to decent at best (the scramble being my favorite match of the show.) Vince Russo had a large presence on this show on-screen and within his style of booking and matchmaking (singles title on the line in a tag team match, matches ending in a swerve, some bad comedy.) There were a number of angles throughout this show to continue what JCW seems to be doing with the matches feeling like more of a backdrop than the focus. There is some good talent on the JCW roster both young and older but this was a misfire in my opinion and a generally bad show to watch."

[4.0] "The venue killed a lot of the usual vibe. On paper the card looked decent but almost everything went wrong once the show started. You could feel the fatigue from everyone (show was very late in the middle of the night), wrestlers and commentary, like the whole thing was happening in slow motion. Matches kept falling apart or never getting going. Easily the weakest show I've seen from them so far."
