[6.0] "Not the best go home show. It started off really strong and ended really strong. The undercard was very mediocre but I'll always pop whenever yuta gets squashed. Decent show overall."
[7.0] "Good go home show without anything crazy. Toni was awesome, as used. I really like Moné but she has to be better with the mic if she is going to win. Great opener match, Brody is super over and I hope he gets a goot exposition in the Casino Gauntlet. Ricochet vs Blake was ok, Blake has some cool moves. The women's match was a mess at the start, I think Tay got lost, but they solved it later. Talky talk was fun and JetSpeed finally looked strong. Joe vs Wheeler was funny and the main event was pretty cool, with Hobbs being the only one to take a big risk in a great table spot, I really like how AEW always makes him look strong."
[7.0] "A solid go-home show with a few strong matches. I appreciated the story development; they did an excellent job building anticipation for AEW ALL IN in Texas."
[6.0] "Not one of AEW strongest episodes, things only really got interesting at the main event, with the double combo of Babyfaces vs Death Riders and that fantastic post-match angle with Swerve breaking the Young Bucks limo, but other than that, it was solid, but not quite what you can expect from an All In go-home show, should've been better. The segment between Mark Briscoe and MJF walked trough a thin line of great and horrible, and that's always risky, but I've enjoyed some things there. That package of the Okada/Omega rivalry was a thing of beauty."
"1) It's funny how the chemistry and animosity between the participants of the Women's World Title Match is more palpable and intense than between Adam Page and Moxley. At this point, I won't be surprised if Toni Storm vs. Mercedes Mone main events All In. 2) Ever since Jay Briscoe passed away, I've been counting days until some despicable heel says something like "you should have died instead of your brother" in the face of Mark Briscoe (in reality, I only saw MJF or Christian descending to that level), and on this episode of Dynamite they finally decided to cash out this chip, and MJF was the perfect guy to do it. 3) Unfortunately, the second half of the show was completley forgetable, except the limo segment."
[5.0] "This was what it was. To have this as your go home show, leading up to one of your biggest events in your company's history, it was a wrestling show. Maybe that was the point. But that's over analyzing. I did find all the post match main event activities humorous. All it needed was the Curb Your Enthusiasm theme."
[8.0] "The go home dynamite for All in opens with the final face to face between Toni storm and Mercedes mone. An excellent opening segment ahead of what is the biggest women's match in aew history Toni proving once again why she is one of the best on the mic in the business right now. Then we go into a Jon moxley promo ahead of Saturdays Texas death match a great gritty promo from Mox about how shit is about to get real and hangman should be ready to die if he wants to win. Then we go into our first match of the evening Bandido and Brody king vs Protoshita this match was great building up matches for this weekend. Then we have a Outrunners VT talking about their banger against FTR announcing an 8 man between FTR and the patriarchy vs the Outrunners and Jetspeed (hopefully setting up an Outrunners FTR rematch for All in) we then get a backstage interview with FTR and the Patriarchy talking about how they are going to work together tonight (solid work from Big stoke and Christian). Then we had Ricochet vs Blake Christian after GOA laid out Blake and Lee Johnson on collision. Good standard tv match I guess. Then we have THS being interviewed back stage ahead of MJF's Talky talk with Mark Briscoe as THS leave max as Jetspeed have taken the tag belts. Then we had a godly VT for Omega and Okada also including Don betraying Kenny (might be one of the best video packages of all time). Then we had the Talky talk and it was really good a masterclass from MJF on the mic as per. And after mark gets the upper hand on Max THS Come out but are jumped by Jetspeed who finally get some momentum and get to beat down Bobby and Shelton which is good to see as it was needed then just like they have in the match Christian and Nick Wayne come out to lay out Bobby and Shelton some more. Then we had the women's 4 way for the number two spot in the gauntlet between Megan Bayne, Thekla, Queen Aminata and Tay melo. Pretty good match making Megan look like even more of a beast ahead of Saturday. Then post match Renee is trying to interview Thekla who is jumped by Aminata ( give me that best of 7) then Renee is interrupted by Mark Briscoe who cut a great hyped up promo and might be the first person to ever make Renee break character. Then we go straight into Samoa Joe vs Wheeler Yuta which was straight up murder and a average match. With gabe Kidd attacking Joe after the match to lead into the Main event between the Bucks, Mox and Claudio vs Ospreay, Hangman, Hobbs and Shibata ahead of All in. More of an NJPW road to style 8 man then the normal Aew style 8 man but I thought it did its job very well. Then a great post match angle with the heels about to kill Hangman and Ospreay Swerve indirectly saved them by using a JCB digger to crush the Young bucks limo and then the faces got the upper hand to run them off then AS the bucks checked on the limo Swerve stomped them form a forklift as he walks into the arena to dap up Will, Hangman stands tall in the ring to close out the show, Overall a pretty good show not a as good as last week but still had some great stuff like The opening match and main event a good women's match and some great promo segments like the Talky talk and Toni's promo on Mercedes and a Godly viedo package for Omega vs Okada 5. MOTN definitely Brody and Bandido vs Protoshita."
[5.0] "A show in keeping with the past few weeks, with rather forgettable and unhelpful matches. The storylines don't advance much, and the suspense is focused on All In. The matches often lack stakes or suspense, and when they don't, they aren't excellent, like this disappointing four-way. We'll remember the few angles that make the show a little more digestible. The segments with Swerve and MJF were quite fun, although not surprising. On the other hand, the Storm/Moné confrontation deserved a little better at this stage of their rivalry. Omega and Okada didn't meet again, but the video package was well-made. A little disappointing, then, but the hype for Saturday remains strong. In-ring quality: 2.25/5. Non-match angles and segments: 1/3. Bonuses/penalties: none. Total: 5.25/10. Show seen on AEW Plus."
[6.0] "This show started strong. I thought Mone and Storm had a good exchange. Opening match was very good. Ricochet vs Blake Christian was good too. FTR/Christian promo was very weak. Women's gauntlet match was kind of bad. Samoa Joe vs Yuta was dull. Swerve destroying the limo was cool. The match it interrupted was the usual Death Riders match. I really hope after All In the story line with Death Riders moves on."
[6.0] "As much as I'm positive All In will deliver, AEW doesn't really balance the build to these shows well and that is clear by their go home shows. The wrestling is still very good besides that abysmal women's fatal 4 way but the stories going in are so imbalanced. Obviously the main event is rock solid but Mercedes v Toni only just felt like it was about more than just Mercedes taunting the champ. The tag team division feels very slapped together and don't even get me started on the trios division that it seems they've just remembered exists this week. Maybe some regular matches instead of constant all star tag matches and these things would feel bigger than they actually are."
[6.0] "AEW's tradition of underwhelming go home shows continue here however this episode was slightly better than last week. The first match was solid but the rest were subpar and filler matches. Feel like you could skip pretty much all of them and you ain't missing anything substantial. Only thing the opening promo show was how levels above Toni Storm is and how stupid it is that after everything she's done, she's losing and going 0-3 at their biggest show when she hard carried this feud which had Pepperman stink all over it. Mone simply can't talk to save her life, outside of some of her matches she's unwatchable. This division is beyond cooked post All In when she's gonna be holding both titles. On the men's side, Hangman stood tall in the end which could be worrying to some but I believe his winning. Otherwise I'll just laugh. Swerve and Ospreay's tag match picked up some steam although the ending angle was a bit corny. MJF promo was a waste of time, didn't we do this shit against Mark Briscoe with Jericho just recently? I know dude's whole shtick is low hanging fruit but it's gotten tired now. His promos are completely repetitive and unnecessarily long. I feel like they could have used this episode more effectively to build some hype for their biggest show of the year but here we are ..."
[8.0] "Pretty solid episode of dynamite, with the ending being the best part. Hangman has to be the one to end this reign of terror from Jon Moxley. That opening tag match was a very good match"
[7.0] "An adequate go-home show that did what it needed to do. But at the same time, maybe a little bit lacking in in-ring spectacle. Mic work was a little sloppy too. Not bad, because AEW rarely does bad, but a step down from recent weeks."
[5.0] "[5, 5/10] This was a very disappointing episode of Dynamite, I was expecting a lot more from the last Dynamite before All In. Even the best matches, which are the opener and the Main-Event, are not a must-see."
[6.0] "Not a strong go-home show for All In. I am incredibly hyped for the PPV, but this show didn't contribute any additional excitement. Matches were mostly "just there" while backstage vehicular attacks and invoking personal tragedies in promos have never been my cup of tea."
"Super Go home show! The video package for Okada-Omega was awesome, the Protoshits-Bandido/King was great, and all the promos / actions was super. A solide 8/10"
[7.0] "Surprisingly, the feuds I was less interested in for All In like the tag titles match had a great segment in this episode, and the big main event feuds had underwhelming build. The ending with Young Bucks & Swerve was kinda goofy, Hangman/Mox and Mercedes/Storm too basic, Gabe Kidd in the Death Riders for the trios championship lacked some story development. Though this go home Dynamite is not bad at all, solid matches, MJF and Mark Briscoe "talky talk" was good. FTR is gonna be involved in the 3 way tag match so probably teasing a Copeland return with Christian around. Hope the go home Collision is gonna be better."
[6.0] "ALL IN feels huge, but my goodness, the build is full of highs and lows. Mercedes is so frustratingly bad on the mic. Toni gave her so many chances to step up and say something interesting but she fell short. Okada/Omega looks strong but is very reliant on their history being crammed into video packages. JetSpeed finally got a bit of momentum, and the main event angles were wonky but pretty good. Swerve monologuing while his friends nearly died was silly at first, but made sense that the dumb Bucks would run after him. Nothing worth noting in-ring besides Hobbs looking great in a multi-man setting."
"A really good go-home show before All In that did nothing, but increase my hype for the show. Toni Storm and Mercedes Monč kicked off the show with a really good promo battle; Toni is in a league of her own right now. Totally in her zone, killing it everytime. Protoshita vs. Bandido/Brody was a good tag match. Ricochet vs. Blake Christian could've been shorter, but I get that they wanted to establish Ricochet's new stable (which looks great, btw). Talki-talk between Mark Briscoe and MJF was very entertaining. These two couldn't be any different and everytime characters so different go at it on the mic or in the ring it's always a blast to watch. Nice to see JetSpeed standing tall for once against the Syndicate. The women's four way was solid. Tay Melo has some ring rust but the other three were great. I'm glad Thekla and Aminata are still feuding; this rivalry has allowed an absolute killer like Aminata to be on TV and it has helped establish Thekla. Joe vs. Yuta was a boatload of fun; Joe just plays the greatest hits, but his charisma compensates while Yuta flees like a rat and relays on cheap shots to get the advantage. The all-stat eight men tag to close the show was really fun; these matches never miss. The closing segment with the huge brawl and Swerve destroying the YB's limo got me hella hyped up. AEW's momentum doesn't to want to stop and, if they stick the landing on Saturday, this might end up being the greatest year in the company's existence. 8/10."
[8.0] "A very good go-home show. Started with a good promo segment between Mercedes and Toni, followed by Mox adressing the previous Texas Death Match between him and Hangman and a very good match between Brody & Bandido vs ProtoShita. Ricochet is entertaining as this cowardly heel who needs his muscle to win matches. MJF and Mark Briscoe had a great promo segment. Women's Casino Gauntlet match was a little clunky at points (mostly the stuff involving Tay) but otherwise it was fine. Samoa Joe vs Wheeler Yuta was really entertaining, with some really funny spots (walk-away spot, arguing if it was kick to balls or inner thigh). The main event was very good and the post match angle with Swerve rocked."
