Darby Allin: "I was 19 years old, I use to ride this metrobus the 150 from Kent Station Seattle. I use to ride this all the time, just daydreaming, this one night I was on the back of the bus and I felt something hit my head and I turned around and I saw these 3 guys laughing at me.
[snickers] And it just dawned on me that they were taking turns spitting at the back of my head and I turned around and I just tried to mind my own business, there's 3 of them one of me. And it was killing me inside that I wasn't doing anything about it. And then I felt it again,
[spits] and I finally just turned around and I got right up in the guy's face and he said 'what are you gonna do about it, you little bitch?' And I noticed he's holding up this switchblade, and I looked at him and said 'Well, it looks like I'm going to get stabbed, tonight.' And I, haha, I lunched toward him and it didn't take long for everybody on the bus to break up the fight, but it felt so good. It felt so good to actually do something about it. Weeks ago, when Jon Moxley said 'I wasn't ready to be the face of AEW,' all I could see is those 3 guys on the back of the bus. I wasn't just going to lay down and do nothing, man, I'd rather get STABBED!
