[5.0] "Very middling show. The main event was decent enough but everything else was just fine or bad. Cool that Anzai gets his first title win but it couldn't save this listless show with a mostly quiet crowd. 5.5/10"
[7.0] "Good show. Not a great show but had enough to recommend. The rumble with Ayabe looking good and the main event were the highlight. Between losing the belt and not being involved in Champion Carnival Im guessing/assuming Nakajima is done for now. Im excited to see what Anzai can do as Champion. They did a great job slowly building the other Yuma into a star and are taking a different and riskier approach here but Im optimistic for the future."
"I wasn't a fan of this show. The AJPW fans want nothing to do with the ActWresGirl'Z crew. A lot of AJPW's best were stuck in a dumb battle royale and none of the four matches impressed. I think it's a bit soon for Yuma to be winning the belt and I'm concerned about how things will go when he has to be the one to carry average and uninterested wrestlers to good main events."
[5.0] "I can't say I had a bad time, but Miyahara and Aoyagi being in a Battle Royal made a noticeable difference in the bigger picture - it was one of the three best matches on the show (together with opener and Main Event) where the real story was about Ren Ayabe though Miyahara won the actual match and Aoyagi had a stand-out performance. Hayato vs. Musashi was good enough but underwhelming, Saitos vs. Suwama/Suzuki never really got out of second gear and Onita finally dropped All Asia Tag Team titles, that and Tamura/Sato rocking suits on the way to the ring (and both explosions I guess) were the only good thing about that match. Post-match of the Main Event will certainly be seen as 'controversial', not because of the finish though, as it was a classic 'dominant champion played with his prey for way too long' (after Nakajima released Sleeper Hold he builled Anzai for like three and a half minutes before Anzai hit Nakajima with a Jumping Knee and German Suplex out of nowhere for the win), but his behavior after the match was 'interesting' to say the least. Overall, not a bad show, there just wasn't one single match that peaked very highly imo."
[9.0] "This show is very much greater than the some of its parts. If you are looking for outstanding wrestling, it's a one match show. There is a worst match of the year contender buried in the middle, as well. For me though, the high rating comes from all of the problems solved and steps towards the future that were accomplished on this show. Onita is gone, and the All Asia belts are on a young star that can have interesting matches. The Saitos have their belts back, and Voodoo Murders is officially done. Hayato has his first successful defense. Ayabe's future is cleared up. And most importantly, Anzai has his first title win. This show feels like a historic moment for the company. If this generation is able to elevate the company, this will be the show that marks the beginning of that era."
[7.0] "it was a good All Japan show, with only one bad match (the 2vs2 for the All Asia titles). Otherwise youth is highlighted with Anzai, Hayato, the Saito or encoge Tamura champions. I really saw Nakajima retaining so I was surprised but very happy for Anzai, the rising star."
