[7.0] "Im Opener von Rampage besiegt Kingston Wheeler Yuta in einer guten Übergangstitelverteidigung, die aber auch nicht mehr war als das. Backstage gibt es ein recht unterhaltsames Interviewsegment mit Mark Briscoe und den Hardys. Letztere brauche ich nicht her, aber in der Kombi mit Briscoe finde ich das gar nicht so verkehrt. Im Anschluss besiegt Swerve Sydal in unter 5 Minuten. Für so eine Art von Match ist Sydal immer eine gute Wahl. Backstage gibt es ein passables, etwas holpriges Segment mit Top Flight und Private Party, ein Match zwischen den Teams kling interessant. Shida vs. Aminata war überraschend gut, vor allem weil man Letztere die Möglichkeit gegeben hat, ihr Können unter Beweis zu stellen. Danach gibt es Backstage ein okayes Segment mit Saraya und Soho, die Storyline ist nicht gut, aber immerhin wird sie konsequent fortgeführt. Der Main Event war wrestlerisch sicherlich in Ordnung, hat mich aber so gar nicht interessiert. Die ehemalige JAS brauche ich überhaupt nicht mehr, aber auch die Dark Order ist ziemlich kalt geworden. Insgesamt war das eine gute Ausgabe von Rampage, trotz des eher egalem Main Events."
[4.0] "Homecoming, Tribut - ok, aber im Kern hat es den gleichen Vibe wie Dynamite und das ist bei einer Weekly Show nicht sonderlich spannend. House Show ohne viel Relevanz. Ging so dann in Gänze an mir vorbei, da der Tribut auch nicht sonderlich tief war."
[6.0] "Auch hier war man natürlich im Jacksonville und ehrte Brodie Lee. Das war besonders im Main Event zu spüren. Los ging es aber mit meinem MOTN. Kingston verteidigte die Continental Crown gegen Yuta. Das war ein gutes Match. Kingston wie immer mit dem Fighting Spirit und Yuta hält mit guter Härter und Submissions dagegen. Das hat dann auch gut gepaßt und Spaß gemacht. Gutes Match der beiden wie zu erwarten war. Strickland gegen Sydal fand ich auch sehr unterhaltsam. Für die Kürze ein gutes Match und der richtige Sieger. Shida gegen Aminata war gut. Aminata konnte wieder beweisen warum sie zu Recht mittlerweile einen Vertrag hat und Shida hatte ein gutes Match gegen die Konkurrenz. Der Main Event war dann nochmal ein Tribut an den ehemaligen Führer der Dark Order. Solides Trios Match beider Teams. War ein netter Abschluß der Woche in Jacksonville."
[7.0] "Front-to-back, this was a slightly stronger episode of Rampage than we usually get. For me the highlights were Shida/Aminata (Aminata looks to be a very smart signing), and the finish to Swerve/Sydal (esp since it didn't hit the 5-min match length minimum, I guess I'll have to mention that here). All of the matches were given an appropriate amount of time, and featured compelling in-ring work. The main event being "just average" kept this from being a really great episode of Rampage."
[4.0] "I don't know if it's just the Daily's Place atmosphere but this episode felt phoned-in, apart from maybe Shida vs Aminata. The longer the match, the more phoned-in things looked. Kingston vs Wheeler especially felt slow and a little disjointed, as though it was put together at short notice and called on the fly. JR had a lot to complain about throughout the night. On one hand he shouldn't trash the product openly on air, but he is right about a lot of the things he says. They're not just AEW issues, though."
[7.0] "Rampage bekommt von mir auch die selbe Bewertung wie Dynamite Homecoming 2024. Zu den drei Guide-Einträgen jeweils dort mehr. Matt vs. Swerve fand ich solide (**1/4). Info beide hatten in der Vergangenheit bei DEFY ein super Title Match."
[6.0] "This episode of Rampage was an enjoyable show that fulfilled its purpose. There was nothing spectacular, but also none of the matches were bad. They provided space for several wrestlers, and the main event was quite fun. This was a solid episode of Rampage."
[6.0] "Serviceable as I mostly enjoy what I'm watching but I'm always left wondering how this show could be a lot better if more effort was put into it"
[6.0] "This was exactly what Rampage should be, an hour of solid wrestling to feature some of the people who didn't get onto the main shows. We opened with Eddie Kingston defending his Triple Crown against Wheeler Yuta in a long and competitive match. This is the most I've enjoyed Wheeler in a while. We then got a quick match between Swerve Strickland and Matt Sydal. While I wish this was longer, I'm glad they didn't take time away from the Kingston match. Hikaru Shida then faced Queen Aminata in the match of the night. Finally, we got a main event tribute to Mr. Brodie Lee, as the Dark Order took on Matt Maynard, Jake Hager, and a cake-covered Angelo Parker."
[8.0] "This is one of the best Rampages in a long time in terms of formatting the show, a strong upper midcard match to open the show, a good showcase of a main event talent, a solid womens match, and a fun 6 man closing the show, this is the format I want to see more of in rampage."
[7.0] "It was a good show this week on Rampage. Eddie vs Yuta gave them a lot of minutes and it was a good fight between both of them. I expected greater dynamics in the fight between Swerve vs Sydal, I hope the latter gets a little more time on TV, he deserves it 100%. For me, the Queen Aminata vs Shida fight was the best of the show, well synchronized between them, correct dynamics and the public fully entered into the fight. Finally, the trio fight was correct to honor Brodie's memory, so there is no further analysis. Good segment between Saraya, Ruby and Angelo, many don't like that story, but personally it is a guilty pleasure week after week and it is correct that it follows a chronology in the same program, in this case, Rampage. 7/10."
[4.0] "Another middling episode of Rampage. The show has now had three Wheeler Yuta singles matches in a row with this one feeling extremely plodding at 18 minutes with the first half being extremely boring and it never got into a next gear even with the crowd loving Kingston. Meanwhile Strickland and Sydal, a cool pairing in only a second time singles match, cant even get five minutes. Shida and Aminata was a solid match and substantially MOTN. Main event was OK. Mark Briscoe being stuck with the Hardys feels like an incredible waste of Mark. Not a good show."
"Average Rampage, Eddie is always entertaining even when paired with someone like Yuta, who wasn't bad at all in this match. Felt like Sydal was just fed to Strickland, but Strickland is on the road to a championship, so it makes sense. Nothing else really standing out other than Briscoe teaming up with the Hardy boys, which will just be a miserable addition to Rampage from here on out."
[7.0] "Für mich war es wieder eine solide Ausgabe. Der Opener hat mir zusammen mit Shida vs. Queen Aminata am besten gefallen. Beides waren solide Matches. Im ersten stand v.a. Yuta's Arbeit an Eddies Arm im Fokus. Bei zweiterem lag der Fokus auf Queen Aminata, die auch erstmals (? ) einen Entrance bei einer AEW TV Show bekommen hat. Die Chemie mit Shida war sofort vorhanden. Das war ein gutes Showing für Aminata. Außerdem gab es ein kurzes, aber ganz ordentliches Match zw. Swerve und Matt Sydal zu sehen. Der Main Event stach im Fokus der Dark Order und -1, die auch nach einem passablen Match gewinnen konnten. Angelo Parker kam mit Kuchen im Gesicht zum Ring, nachdem er diesen von Ruby ins Gesicht geklatscht bekam. Saraya hat hier ganze Arbeit geleistet und ihre Intrige fortgesponnen. Harley schmiss sich an Parker ran und küsste ihn, sodass Saraya es Ruby verkaufen konnte, dass Parker ihr fremdgeht. Das ist natürlich nicht der Fall, aber das bekam sie nicht mit. Mal sehen, ob Parker es klarstellen kann und ob die beiden doch noch ihre Beziehung bekommen. Jedenfalls erzählte man hier eine kleine, konstante Story. Ansonsten gab es noch ein kurzes Segment mit den Hardys und Mark Briscoe zu sehen. Ein Trios formt sich an dieser Stelle. Außerdem waren Top Flight und Action Andretti zum Interview bei Renee geladen und wurden nun schon zum zweiten Mal von Private Party unterbrochen. Auch hier läuft es auf ein zeitnahes Match heraus."
[8.0] "Great show this week, the first two openers were just bangers and introduce fine matchups with nice offence to the losers along good win collect to the winners. Aminata made a name to herself and got a aura surrounding her, she just must improve her moveset. And i always love to see negative 1 and his interaction with the rest of DO, always bring me to tears, loved the homage."
[7.0] "Really solid show: Kingston vs. Yuta was probably a bit long but overall it was a good hard-hitting match. One of Yuta's best perfomances in Aew by far. Sydal vs. Strickland was a perfect showcase match for Swerve. Sydal is truly an underrated performer. Aminata vs. Shida was another good hard-hitting match, Shida is one of the best wrestlers on the roster and Aminata is a tremendous addition to the women's division. The Saraya/Ruby Soho angle in the backstage kept Ruby's love story with Angelo Parker going very well. Dark Order vs. 2point0 and Hager was a fine main event, nothing special but enjoyable all throughout its duration with a pretty funny ending. Overall: all the matches delivered and even the backstage segements were good, setting up new matches (Top Flight vs. Private Party) and keeping stories on going. Only downside is Mark Briscoe being paired with the Hardys, a total waste of Briscoe's abilities."
