[4.0] "This was a mixed bag of matches for me. The main event really boosted this rating, as I found it fun and entertaining. The other matches? Not so much. Since there are a few matches I couldn't rate separately on here, here is what I thought of them. Van Hammer vs Randy Sledge: Nothing impressive here. It was a quick squash match that was over before it began. The crowd seemed mostly uninterested, too. 2/10 2 Cold Scorpio vs Mustafa Saied: Short squash match with nothing amazing happening. 2 Cold Scorpio had some nice agility for a bit, but this match didn't amount to anything. The best part is that it was short and didn't waste time. 3/10 Dustin Rhodes vs Tony Atlas: This match was a decent, quick match. It felt a little repetitive in spots for such a short match, though. Nothing memorable, but an easy watch. 5/10 I found the Big Van Vader interview interesting. He spouted a lie; he didn't go in the first round of the NFL draft (he went in the 3rd round). The year his team won the Super Bowl, he spent it on the injured reserve list. Just a little fun fact. It doesn't detract from the interview, but it's just something to note. In all, if you're looking for a solid card for a WCW Saturday Night episode from 1993, this probably isn't it. But it is worth watching the main event as it is quite good for a free TV match. However, even with that nice main event, I can't pull this overall rating up any higher. 4/10"

[5.0] "It was largely the main event that saved this show, as there were a couple of needlessly long enhancement matches (you can't even really call them squashes since they aren't really worked that way) that were pretty bad. Unfortunately it is brought down significantly by a really disappointing conclusion. The matchup between Rhodes and Atlas surprised me by being a more lively encounter than I thought Atlas had in him at this stage (which is a very low bar to clear, in fairness), and the crowd being bizarrely pro Tex Slazenger made that match more entertaining than it otherwise would have been. It's a bit of an uneven show, but ultimately this was a decent episode of Saturday Night, with the main event being the main thing that fans should check out if it appeals to their taste."

[5.0] "Not a bad episode this one. Good ol' fashioned wrasslin' TV with some featured matches and some matches that are purely designed to get over new or established talenet, or advance storylines. Lots of promos and out of the ring stuff. Early 90s WCW is horrendously corny though."

[4.0] "Alright show that was built around a heated and fun main event. Though the finish to that main event was underwhelming."
