[10.0] "Probably the greatest short lived promotion ever, like I know Big Mouth Loud is probably up there too, FuTen lasted ten years so I can't really count that as short lived. But this is a Tenryu promotion in the best ways. The cool thing about WAR are the insane line-ups of talent you wouldn't think would team up or face each other, the Jr. Heavyweights going balls to the wall, Tenryu himself, and the NJPW feud is legendarily heated. And modern legends Tomohiro Ishii & Masaaki Mochizuki got their footing in WAR, without this company they wouldn't be the wrestlers we see today. It's shame this company dissolved, Tenryu Project is probably cool to watch live, but they have a 1/80th of the budget WAR had and their shows aren't the greatest to watch online. But regardless of that, this was probably the fifth or sixth biggest company around that time where puroresu was still one of the hottest things ever. Always fantastic stuff, and I can't to find more hidden gems from this wonderfully thunderous company."
