- Das Stable wurde am 10.03.19 gegründet, nachdem SAKAMOTO mit Hilfe von Rongai Sugiura darum bat ihre alte Fehde ruhen zu lassen und einen Neustart zu wagen.
- Hideki Suzuki schloss sich dem Stable am 17.04.19 an.
- Am 02.05.19 verlor Hajime Ohara ein Singles Match gegen Takashi Sugiura, worauf er letzteren bat dem Stable beizutreten. Sugiura willigte ein.
- Am 28.07.19 präsentierte man Kazushi Sakuraba als neuestes Mitglied des Stables.
- Bei der von Sugiura-gun promoteten Show am 27.12.19 wurde Kazuyuki Fujita als neuestes Mitglied vorgestellt.
- Dick Togo wurde bei der Show am 05.01.2020 nach einer Attacke auf Kongos Hao & Nio als neuestes Mitglied des Stables vorgestellt.
- Seiki Yoshioka wurde am 18.04.2020 als neuestes Mitglied vorgestellt.
- Yoshioka und Ohara turnten am 10.05 gegen das Stable, als sie NOSAWA Rongai attackierten.
- Kaz Hayashi und Kendo Kashin wurden am 11.06.2020 von NOSAWA Rongai ins Stable eingeladen.
- Rongai stellte Kazunari Murakami am zweiten Weihnachtstag 2020 als neues Mitglied vor.
- Yoshiaki Fujirwara wurde am 30.06.21 als neuestes Mitglied präsentiert.

[7.0] "Sugiura occasionally bringing new or old friends was pretty fun part of NOAH midcard of the time. Sugiura-gun never had much of a direction or particular vibe like legendary Suzuki-gun, but it was for sure memorable and created some great teams."
