- Das Stable formierte sich am 04.05.19, um gegen Pro Wrestling NOAHs neuen Besitzer LIDET Entertainment zu protestieren. Im folgenden Jahr richtete sich der Protest gegen den neuen Besitzer, Cyber Agent.
- Atsushi Kotoge verließ das Stable am 27.07., um wieder in die Junior Heavyweight Division zurückzukehren.
- Hao und Nio wurden bei der Kongo Produce Show am 14.12. als neue Mitglieder des Stables vorgestellt.
- Manabu Soya wurde am 19.04.2020 als neuestes Mitglied präsentiert.
- Tadasuke trat dem Stable am 22.08.2020 bei.
- Katsuhiko Nakajima turnte am 30.08.2020 gegen seinen Partner Go Shiozaki und schloss sich danach dem Stable an.
- Yoshiki Inamura verließ Kongo am 28.10., um sich einem neuen Abschnitt seiner Karriere zu widmen.
- Masa Kitamiya attackierte seinen The Aggression-Partner Nakajima nach ihrer GHC Tag Team Titelverteidigung über den Funky Express am 31.05.2021 und verließ somit ebenso die Gruppierung.
- Aleja wurde von Tadasuke am 22.07.21 als neuestes Mitglied vorgestellt.
- Hao verließ die Gruppe am 16.01.22 und schloss sich der Regular Army an.
- Nach einem Titelmatch gegen Kenou schloss sich Masakatsu Funaki der Gruppe am 22.01.2022 an.
- Hajime Ohara kam am 17.02.22 als neustes Mitglied dazu.
- Aleja verließ das Stable am 25.02.22 um sich der Regular Army anzuschließen.
- Tadasuke wurde am 19.03.23 aus dem Stable geworfen.
- Nakajima verließ Kongo am 04.05.2023 um wieder mit Go Shiozaki zu teamen.
- Nachdem Main Event seiner Anniversary Show am 24.06.23 verkündete Kenoh das sich das Stable mit sofortiger Wirkung auflösen werde.

[10.0] "I've been watching wrestling since I was about 4 or 5, watched all types of wrestling, Deathmatch, strong style, US, hell I've even watched SGW, and I will say this, out of about like 3 groups I've ever seen qualify for this, this group is one of the only factions I've ever seen where EVERYONE in the faction benefitted from being in kongo, and not only that, everyone looked like a star while in kongo, props to Kenosha for using kongo to finally become a modern day pillar of NOAH, but I'll give props to nakajima too because this faction REALLY elevated him in my ranks, and manabu soya and tadasuke looked like real contenders in this while haoh and nioh were able to showcase their great talents in the Junior Heavyweight division, and haoh was able to leave the faction and undoubtedly become Noah's most reliable Junior Heavyweight just because of this. I cant help but give this faction a 10."

[10.0] "A faction that built the entire modern foundation of Pro Wrestling NOAH since Go Shiozakis rise and Misawas death. KENOH the master of MOSH in red brought a serious mindset to the roster forming a kind of red street gang. Nakajima turned on the roster but still stuck himself away from the all red look, like a lone wolf. Masa Kitamiya and Ohara didn't fit this group but Manabu Soya rose through the ranks being the standout of the group, during feud with LIJ in the Alltogether event defeated his dojo mate future IWGP world champion Sanada. Their battles against Funky Express, Team NOAH, Eruption and Passionate RATELS stood out. To me my favorite was the Dragon Gate tag with KENOH and Shuji Kondo as Open the Twin Gates champions for a small period before losing to MSK."

[10.0] "I LOVED this group! I was very disappointed when they disbanded. The name seemed a little silly because of the culture differences but all of the members were awesome in different ways."

[10.0] "Possibly my favorite faction in wrestling ever. Every single person looked like a star, and they were the top force in my favorite promotion NOAH. I honestly wish they were a faction that never ended, as it seems like NOAH really likes to form them only to split them up shortly after. I wanted KONGO to be their version of LIJ or Bullet Club in the sense that it goes on for years and years."
