[10.0] "Shane Haste and Mikey Nicholls are truly one of the best tag teams in the world today, holding both the IWGP World Tag Team championships and the NJPW Strong Tag Team championships. They have a lot of charisma, especially Shane. Sure theyre not flippy dippy, but they are truly one of the best."

[6.0] "The definition of a mid tag team. I've never seen any of their NOAH stuff but what I have seen has just been fine. The NXT stuff was pretty good at times but their NJPW work has been totally unremarkable to me. Some good 6 man matches but as a tag team there's been nothing noteworthy at all in the 2+ years they've been in Japan. Average workers, average to below average mic skills."

[10.0] "Genuinely might be the best team in the world right now, consistently great and a brilliant example of two guys who have just (largely) stuck together for over 15 years and made magic. Nicholls is the hard hitting straight man to the bonkers physical comedy of Haste, and they can be a really funny duo, but they can also kick the ass of any team in their way. Truly one of the greatest teams ever and I am so happy they have secured the IWGP Tag belts. If you have any free time go and watch any of their NOAH matches on YouTube, they are incredible."

[10.0] "shane haste and mikey nicholls are one of my favorite tag teams ever. they are likely my current favorite team, and i love that they have landed in new japan and have expanded tmdk again. they were always great in noah, and they got really unfortunate with shanes injury in nxt and they didnt recover. their reunion a few years ago in new japan has been a great addition to the new japan tag roster. shane and mikey are likely one of the most underrated teams out there."

They were very good in NOAH and showed a lot of potential and I wish they would? ve stayed there, as that? s where they thrived. Neither of them have really done anything since coming to the WWE, or after splitting up"

[7.0] "They are far from bad wrestlers. They can hold their own and really thrive as heels. However, what's stopping them from being anything above an 8 is that they're often just dudes. There's no reason fans should be wowed when seeing them as they have a generic look."

[8.0] "Since they turned heel, The Mighty have feuded with Street Profits and Heavy Machinery. Not a good look for a team that just got repackaged. In my opinion, they should be up around where War Raiders and Moustache Mountain are. In order for these two to work as heels, they need to book them more aggressive and less comedic, because they are a fantastic team and deserve better. Don't know exactly where they are gonna stand in a few months, but hopefully its good. The trench coats and black/white pants were a fresh look for them, but once again not taking them seriously. They need to show dominance and then they can move up. I really want these two to succeed, because the talent is there, we just need to see them get into an awesome match. There theme song is awesome, but not sure exactly what there finisher is, because they haven't used Thunder Valley in a while now. Love this team though"

[5.0] "There's just absolutely nothing that draws me in with this team. Both members are severely lacking in charisma and mic skills, and their in ring work isn't believable for me. Their matches are consistently lacking in any psychology."
PistolPeteMatty wrote on 02.02.2018:
[10.0] "Their matches with Masato Tanaka & Takashi Sugiura in NOAH are some of the best tag matches I've seen my life. I hope they can bring that level of quality to NXT, their first attempt before Shane injured his knee wasn't even close to their max potential."
Ice wrote on 05.05.2017:
[6.0] "They can do flips, but they can't do much else. Poor psychology and they're actually less cohesive than AOP. They had a TakeOver match against Authors of Pain and THEY seemed more green. If you ask me, they're kind of a poor mans DIY."

[7.0] "I watched these guys for the first time on Showdown In The Sun and I was really impressed with how they worked together as a tag team against The Briscoes! I wish the match would've gone on longer so I could see more of what they are capable of and how talented they are, but from what I did see in the match, I would love to see these guys on Ring Of Honor more often especially Shane Haste! Mikey Nicholls was pretty ok at best, but Shane Haste proved to me that he is the most talented out of those two!"
