[9.0] "Mizunami is one of the most underrated talents right now, she's endlessly charismatic, great at working the crowd, lays her shit in and is a great seller. She is a giving worker always helping others shine, she's funny and her chops where the crowd claps along as she panders to them is my favorite spot in wrestling right now."

"I've just started watching TJPW and I'm really liking Ryo so far. She's great in the ring, and she's got lots of charisma."

[9.0] "I first saw Ryo Mizunami at SHIMMER in 2012 - she was pretty good, but you have to be excellent to rise above talent such as Ayako Hamada, Kana and Tomoka Nakagawa. Fast forward to 2016, and she returned to SHIMMER a changed woman, much more confident with strikes, much more entertaining, and one of my personal highlights of the weekend of shows. Mizunami had great matches with a variety of opponents, and her work in Japan has been really good as well. Hopefully won't be another four years until she's Stateside again."
