Meiko Satomura announced in November that she would be retiring from professional wrestling on 29.04.2025, 30 years after her debut match in GAEA. On 08.12.2024 at Sendai Girls Big Show In Sendai, Satomura defeated her protégé DASH Chisako to win the Sendai Girls World Title. Not only does this mark the second time the "Living Legend Of Joshi Puroresu" has won the Sendai Girls World Title, but it is her first reign since she became the inaugural Sendai Girls World Champion in 2015. Congratulations to Satomura on becoming the new Sendai Girls World Champion, as well as for being named our very own Superstar of The Week!
