[4.0] "The only Armstrong who was essentially "just another body". Smaller than the rest, perfectly capable but I'd rather watch Mike Jackson do the same things. Was not a part of any long term pairing tag team aside from his brothers, so forget comparing him to the likes of Steve or Brian in that regard. He had a specialty though: making others look good on WCW Worldwide. Also, a tremendous referee. 4 points on ring workmanship alone, too bad he didn't have anything more than that."

[4.0] "I thought he was the 2nd best Armstrong brother behind Brad. Had some minor success in tag matches but by the Hogan era of WCW (94-95) he was mostly low card tag team jobber material. Did much better for himself when he became a referee."

[6.0] ""Born To Do It" Scott Armstrong was a skilled hand in the ring and had a solid career on the regional level in the mid-80s, earning a respectable 6 reigns with the NWA Southeastern US Junior Heavyweight Title and five with the Continental US Heavyweight Title. On the national level, though, he didn't quite have the size, look or charisma to make it to the top. Much of his WCW career was spent as a tag specialist alongside brother Steve, and they made a solid undercard tag unit that could effectively put over other teams. Since retiring from active competition in 2000, he's had a fine second career as a referee, first with TNA and now WWE, earning Senior Official status in both companies. As one of WWE's best refs, he's occasionally been entrusted to get involved in storylines, and this allowed him to finally get a moment in the big-time spotlight when he came out of retirement for a brief match against CM Punk on Smackdown in 2009."

[4.0] "As a wrestler, I'd rate him a 2 because he had none of the talent of any of his other brothers, nor any charisma. However, if I was to rate him as a referee, he'd get a solid 7 because he's one of the better refs WWE had. So, I'll meet in the middle and give him a 4."

[8.0] "Was les´ ich da? "Er zählt zu langsam! "? Das ist mir bisher nie aufgefallen. Übrigens: Wenn er schneller zählen würde, würde das an dem Matchverlauf auch nichts ändern - siehe Script. Desweiteren gefällt er mir sehr gut, einer der Ringrichter mit Charisma und wrestlerischen Erfahrungen."
