[0.0] "Not a fan. Tessa Blanchard may have talent in the ring, but that doesn't outweigh the repeated allegations of bullying and racist behavior that have followed her for years. Multiple wrestlers have spoken out about her conduct, and it's hard to separate the performer from the pattern when so many voices tell similar stories. Wrestling is built on trust, collaboration, and respect behind the scenes, and when someone repeatedly shows the opposite, it takes away any interest I have in supporting them. Talent alone isn't enough if your reputation is built on tearing others down. She also hasn't been super impressive in her latest TNA run."

Then, because TNA wants to really live up to the name again, signs her out of desperation. What a complete waste of time and money. That's my two cents and I'm going to make an assessment about her character all I want. We don't know Alberto Del Rio either but that doesn't stop people from voicing their displeasure with him as a person."

[8.0] "She's probably about an 8 in terms of talent. Very above average wrestler, good character work and very charismatic. Her personality issues are not a good enough reason to rate her poorly plus none of us actually know her so we can't reasonably judge her like we do."

Her inability to apologise and take accountability has ruined her current run. She's (understandably) getting "She's a racist" chants during her matches, and she acts like the crowd are stupid for it. I've noticed that she rarely does promos in front of a live crowd, too. Every time she's on screen, I just feel like fast forwarding."

It was fun to boo her at first (shoutout to those "she's a racist" chants at Genesis) but as she's gotten more embroiled in the Knockout Division, she's not only boring but actively makes me want to skip her segments. Which sucks! This Santino-Stone conflict is legitimately interesting! But Tessa's in the middle if it, and her character isn't fun, it's just cruel. And that's not fun to watch. And like, I guess she's good in ring, but her character makes her genuinely unbearable to watch, much less her out of ring problems. As it stands in TNA right now Tessa is eating up a lot of time that could be going to someone more interesting -- Xia, Maggie Lee, Lei Ying Lee, hell give Tasha Steelz something to properly sink her teeth into. And instead it's ... Tessa. Bleh."

[10.0] "To keep this strictly in ring, Tessa Blanchard may be one of the greatest North American women's wrestlers ever. She is outstanding as a performer as showcased with Jordynne Grace. However if you have a hard time separating art from the artist it is completely understandable if you give her a zero for who she is outside of the ring, however I am one of those people who can separate and her matches are one of the few things that may keep TNA watchable at the moment after they lost Grace to WWE."

If there was a lever below 0, that's what I would give her.Saying racial slurs to her colleagues in her first TNA run. Being a pain in the ass to work with on the indies and Mexico. The way she mistreated people like Chelsea Green. She is athletic, she has talent, without a doubt, but I won't ever, ever, evaluate her as a wrestler. I truly hope that the people who out her in TNA again get fired, and WWE does not make the mistake of trying to get her on NXT television, or a Royal Rumble, like they did with Grace. grace deserved it, not Tessa.I truly hope that people like her, Hogan, Moose, are never talked or employed again in our industry, people like them must go."

Gets given the opportunity to be the first Woman to win a major American promotion's world title from a man, and then decide's to hold the belt hostage and leave the company on awful terms, how genuinely thick minded and dickheadish of you. Then it comes out that you've bullied many of your co-workers, put them down constantly, hold them back from getting pushes because you're a nepo baby and most of all, are racist to your colleagues. Undoubtedly one of the best womens wrestlers in the world in the late 2010s, only to be blackballed (and very rightfully so) for her behavior, never to see the fame she once could have had. That is until 2025 apparently, when TNA thought it would be a good idea to not only sign her, but immediately put the knockouts title on her. Insane stuff happening."

When there is a list of former WWE women and PC recruits working indies currently. For the people living under a rock she was unprofessional with TNA when they handed her the men's title. Refused to record promos. She spat in the face of indie wrestler La Rosa Negra and tried to blacklist other women from working for both TNA and WWE - Isla Dawn has an interview where she states Tessa tried to blackball her from NXT UK. She also did the same for Chelsea Green and Allison Kay/Sienna. She never apologized for that. Now being unprofessional is toleratable, BUT being a blunt racist and taking opportunities away from other people is NOT. I'd rate her a minus 10 if i could."

[3.0] "I can agree that she is very talented in-ring and would've been a good member of any roster. However I don't like her or respect her at all because she is a loser racist and a bully to her peers and other wrestlers in the locker room. I have no idea why TNA would even consider bringing back someone who treats her own co-workers poorly, I don't care how good you are, it is disappointing to see someone who is so talented can be such a loser jerk and she shouldn't have been aloud to come back."

Tessa is someone who destroyed her own reputation and now just pretty much wrestles in Mexico where seemingly all the controversial wrestlers end up. While she and La Rosa Negra have made up the damage is done and she will probably never wrestle in a worldwide mainstream promotion ever again. Talented? yes Controversial? yes. Update - So it seems i was wrong as she's now back in TNA while this will definitely be interesting knowing her past the fans are definitely not happy about this at all she's been given a second chance but can she redeem herself? ."

It is also important to point out a dumb aspect of her reign was her first & thank goodness, only title defense was against another WOMAN, bro it's literally the main men's division (there's a separate division for the women! ), completely burying the division as a whole."

[9.0] "Possibly the biggest waste of potential of the modern era. Tessa Blanchard was someone with the talent to build an entire division around. In her early, twenties, she already had a large catalog of excellent matches, capable of playing both an arrogant heel and a fiery, but unfortunately, she's managed to burn every bridge available to her and destroy her reputation in the process. I hope she can turn over a new leaf, as she could be truly special if given the opportunity."

Tessa is an amazing talent and the complete package, as she is great in the ring and extremely charismatic and great on the mic, but after her Knockouts title reign, she was pushed way too hard, which resulted in her attitude issues getting exposed. She was Gail Kim's last match, then turned face (this was all logical booking), and then they pushed her to the world title, having her be their world champion at only 24 years old, then the pandemic hit and she held the title hostage in Mexico. Tessa Blanchard is the perfect example of why you don't push people too hard, too soon, as she was NEVER humbled when she had serious maturity issues. That is why she's getting a 9 instead of a 20, as her talent alone is worthy of a 10, but her attitude is a 1."

[1.0] "Ironic she starts off some of her promos "At only the age of 23 ive already done" yeah and just a year later at only the age of 24 would she throw her entire career away due to her awful views and beliefs. But hey, as someone else stated. This is a cautionary tale of before you put the rocket strap on make sure they arent scum human beings. Too good to treat everyone equally just like she was too good to show up to her job after they gave her the world title. Oh yeah and wasnt she supposed to be the face of an all womens promotion after she "changed" ? whatever happened to that? Oh yeah, the common denominator in all problems she is involved in is HER. WOW dodged a bullet. A disgrace to the business and a much better place without her as she tries to slime her way back in and im sure she will. As of 2022 she wrestled six non televised or broadcasted matches and won 4 of them. One of these matches were even for a championship. All I can say is if youre a decent person with morals I would not support the bigoted Blachards."

[2.0] "She has a rough carreer, she, s talented for sure, but she's actively sabotaging her own carreer at every turn by being an awfull and bigoted person, what a shame"

"Tessa Blanchard is a cautionary tale. All the talent and star quality in the world with potential to headline major companies, but a toxic reputation means you find yourself locked out of much of the industry. I remember being in awe of the quality of her work between 2017 and 2019 against a range of opponents across different promotions. At the time, she was under 25 and was literally carrying matches! Impact gave her the moon and stars, and she picked up a major win at All In which served as the unofficial pilot to AEW. I expected there to be a bidding war for her by 2020 between WWE and AEW. Had it all gone to plan I think Tessa could've either main evented a WM, or been elevated to become the face of AEW's women's division rather than mediocre Britt Baker. Then the major problems set in and after Impact let her go she's only wrestled one match (back in September 2020). More recently, the planned relaunch of Women of Wrestling heavily promoted her as its main star but reports have once again alluded to her bad attitude and alleged bullying so it appears she may not be part of that project. With so many burnt bridges, her only chance of getting booked is in Mexico. Heartbreaking that someone who's not even 30 squandered what could've been a stellar wrestling career."

[8.0] "Outside the ring aside, I really feel that Tessa Blanchard's "Wonder Woman" aura had huge upside. Truly an intense individual and was hugely believable with a good mix of aggressive striking and cocky power moves. I can only hope she turns a new leaf and works on herself."

But there's a reason even with AEW and WWE locked in war for talent, with Japanese promotions starved for foreign talent and Mexican companies really in need of fresh female talent (and Tessa is a major talent, trust me on this) nobody wants to hire her and Impact released at first occasion. In short she's a gigantic liability to have around, especially in an age when even heels (and Tessa is superb natural heel) have to watch what they say even when in character and when larger promotions are less likely than ever to put up with questionable backstage behavior. I really like her and would love her to become a huge act, but until she becomes more responsible she'll keep bouncing around the indies aimlessly."

[10.0] "What are we talking about here when giving the rating? A rating in comparison to other wrestlers OR in regards to wrestling as a whole? With Tessa, it doesn't matter either way, because she's so good and believable in what she does, really the epitome of not just what one should do to be regarded as one of the best, but what NEEDS to do. And in comparison to who's out there at that level right now, there aren't that many that are. She's a tremendous worker that will make a subpar performer look that much better. She makes strikes that aren't reminiscent of what one would normally expect from a female wrestler. And I'm using the term WRESTLER, not "performer" because that would be an insult in all honesty. For the people that actually know wrestling will not only knkw exactly what I mean, but they're not going to get upset with me mentioning gender as well. She hits like one of the guy's, and for this profession, that's not a detrimental thing to say. Again, people that know good wrestling already know this. You want a match that pulls you in and wince when you see those shots making good contact, and she's just on am entirely different level altogether. Hopefully she'll get all the non-wrestling BS stuff in order and put behind her and just keep going forward. And that's all I'm going to say about it, because that's all that needs to be said. What she does IN the ring is what's important, and that's what she wants the focus to be on, and that's fine by me, as we're discussing WRESTLING. She's the real deal. Period."
