[9.0] "Takahiro Oba was a weird little fuck in all the best ways. I can not imagine him in a world outside of Fu-ten. His mannerisms, natural charm and elements of his personality that he throws in means he gets a natural crowd connection that is easy to build sympathy on. He also can hit really hard which helps considering where he worked. In a way I am happy his career was so short and sweet because I am not sure he could do what he did anywhere else. With such a small amount of his work available to us I would say watch it all if you like the style, he is excellent at it."

[9.0] "Takahiro Oba was a fun wrestler, his comedy can sometimes feel little repetitive but it never overstays it's welcome as he becomes one hell of a powerhouse. He's also a damn good seller, whenever Oba gets kicked in the head it looks like he legit had his lights knocked out. He works best in tag matches, where he was mostly put in, in the Fu-Ten footage we have. But I highly recommend these matches. Kengo Mashimo & Manabu Suruga vs. Takahiro Oba & Takeshi Ono from BATI-BATI 36 & Daisuke Ikeda & Takahiro Oba vs. Kengo Mashimo & Makoto Hashi from BATI-BATI 40 (If you can stomach the headbutts of course.) which was the last avaiable Fu-Ten match we have of him, as well as his second to last match of his career. I salute you, you weird little shooter caveman."
