She's got all the tools to be special, and I think her time is coming. With her being only 23, she's got all the time in the world."

[9.0] "Originally Millie, the newly renamed Emilia McKenzie has been one of the most consistent performers of the past several years, having competed in the UK, mainland Europe, Japan and Australia, with worlds of experience for someone who's only 20 years old. After a couple of years away, she's back in NXT UK and already in a program with long time champion Kay Lee Ray, which goes to show the reputation she already has. Formerly one half of one of my favourite tag teams of recent times, Medusa Complex with Charli Evans."

[6.0] "I think I read somewhere recently that she turned down a WWE contract? If so, that's probably the best decision that she could have made currently. WWE clearly best utilize people who make names independently & don't go through the performance center machine. Sure there are some exceptions such as Corbin & Lacey. But for the most part, the pure PC people end up failing. If she builds equity on the indies, she could be worth a lot more in the long run. And considering British Strong Style have taken her under their wing, I'd say she's in good hands. But all of that aside, Millie has been improving. She's still fairly green & her mic skills are mostly non existent, but she has a good look. Considering so many other of the top females are closer to strikers right now, I think it's great that Millie is cornering the suplex market."

[5.0] "For somebody with just two year experience, she's fine and seems to know her limits. She seems to have picked the tough road of the journeyman wrestler instead of merely settling in a local territory waiting for a bigger promotion to come calling and that's great. However her promos betray her age (in fact she sounds like she's 16) and as part of Medusa Complex she's overshadowed by the more experienced and very talented Charli Evans. She seems to be constantly improving though, so in the future I'll be more than happy to increase my rating."

[7.0] "I am still amazed Millie McKenzie is only 18 years old. It's awesome to see her wrestle, especially since everything she does in the ring is done with purpose, and looks like it hurts. Millie McKenzie has some of the most lethally gorgeous suplexes today, is so damn explosive, and is a great athlete. Not to take anything away from her, but there's no way someone her size, and age should look like they can wreck anyone, but McKenzie does it."
