[10.0] "The best Bati Bati wrestler ever. Trained by Yuki Ishikawa but mentored by Daisuke Ikeda , Hara/Suruga put in countless classics in FuTen promotion and many other shoot style or Bati Bati style indies all over Japan. Even at his older age now he's not aged at all in his ability or his body as he still looks like he's in his prime. His match at KTdan last year just goes to prove his consistency and versatility deep into his wrestling career."

[9.0] "Manabu Hara is pretty much the definition of a batibati wrestler. He's got some killer strikes, great grappling game, and a level of intensity and charisma that a lot of fellow shooters don't match. His work in Battlarts and BML is of course amazing, with some awesome highlights coming through those promotions, but his best work is absolutely the stuff he did in FUTEN as Manabu Suruga. His work with the likes of Ikeda, Hashi, Mashimo, and others made him out to be consistently the best guy in the whole promotion. His modern work is still amazing too, with his appearances in Kyushu Pro especially being some highlights. He'd be a great pick for a dominating veteran in LIDET UWF, and hopefully he's able to get the opportunity to perform there soon."
