[4.0] "Wakamatsu was always caught in between certain things on Stampede. He wasn't in the ring a ton, as I recall. He was a manager for most of the years I am thinking about. He always had the kendo stick and used it liberally. By the time Wakamatsu was on the show Jungle Jim Davies was helping and also assisting in the promos. Jim had chemistry with him. There was no doubt he was a heel, but he somehow floated between being comedic and being extremely vicious at times, so you never really understood his portrayal. When Pro Wrestling is done right, it makes sense, and when I think of KY, I think of a guy whose character you weren't sure about whether he was going to act like a stooge, or going to go nuts."
