[4.0] "Hasn't got it yet. Clearwater has height and a decent look. He's composed enough on the mic and reasonably charismatic. Bumps well and sells convincingly. Offense is adequate. But he was rigid before taking on an outlandish gimmick and now hides behind it - he comes across like a fan playing at being Rick Rude, rather than an athlete who knows who he is. Might get hired by bigger companies but won't genuinely progress until he finds himself."
