His selling of offense was believable and the offense he was able to get in outside of the WWF [nonexistent] was at least somewhat decent. Also a referee later in his career in the WWF."
[6.0] "This guy exudes the aura of "coolest Tio at every pachanga", he has the sweetest face and you just want to be around him, even if he never brings his own cooking. Meanwhile his ring skills are definitely acceptable being a (very baby) face tackling dummy, a hooded heel with a bit more pepper and he was also a perfect referee. No complaints but he also didn't do anything either. 5.5"
[7.0] "A nice man which I'm shocked that nobody gave a rating. He was a generic wrestler, but I remember him for his refereeing days. He was a referee in so many promotions and also some films if I remember correctly. He's also really nice to hear talk"
