[10.0] "The year is 1992, WWF has work class characters such as Repo Man, IRS, The Mountie & The Big Bossman, as a child I was in love with the larger than life professions, but one profession was missing, and it wouldn't be for over a decade till it was created... THE MANSCOUT! Most people see this and turn their noise up, never giving him a chance, and honestly that is their loss. He may mostly be a comedy character, but it works. He may not be a high flyer or do death defying moves, but what he does, he does better than anyone, snd that is make people laugh and have fun. He was able to make a tent into a believable arrogant heel, which culminated in Jake not only destroying the Wrestling Tent, but humbling it in the process. Do yourself a favor and watch this man at work."

[6.0] "Manning is a solid hand in the ring, but his true strength lies in his "Man Scout" gimmick, which he has perfected into a very entertaining comedy act that can work as either an obnoxious heel or underdog face. A fun midcard act to fill out the ranks of companies like Northeast Wrestling."

[6.0] "An okay worker with an entertaining gimmick in the form of the Man Scout. Works it well and does good comedy. Not sure if I can say much about him as a serious worker, but from what I've seen there's nothing particularly bad."

[5.0] "I never thought he was much as a worker, but just for doing the stuff with Freight Train, I gotta give him props for. I honestly miss Five Dollar Wrestling. It filled the MST3K niche for wrestling fans."
