"Frightmare may seem like a whirlwind of chaos in the ring, but beneath that electrifying energy lies a foundation of technique. Whether he's chain wrestling on the mat or flying around the ring, Frightmare showcases a rare blend of skill and spectacle. His unique persona is a perfect match for the eerie aura of the Spectral Envoy, and his chemistry with Hallowicked in the Legion of Rot makes their tag team work seamless and entertaining."

[10.0] "Possibly my favorite singles wrestler, both as an actual performer (in ring and on promos), and just as a person. I've seen Frightmare on multiple occasions in person, as well as countless times on YouTube and CHIKARAtopia. He's fast, he's precise, and he's more entertaining than he has any business being. The fact that he's not signed to ANY of the top five companies is a shame. Tony Khan needs to get on that."

[10.0] "I just couldn't get into indy wrestling for decades. One day I randomly turned on 2010 Chikara and saw this guy. That match changed everything for me as I binge watched the next 10 years of Chikara, all with Frightmare there. Frightmare is that Mysterio sized cruiserweight, except he is air-bending and defying gravity. Amazing balance and control. On his X page he's got a highlight video in his bio - watch the whole thing but 1/2 way through there is a spot of him and Claudio. Claudio hoists him into the speaker system and Frightmare hits a hurracarrana which is one of the coolest things I've ever seen in wrestling. That pop was awesome from the crowd but the roster was at the ring too and I believe some of them didn't know that was gonna happen. He won the Young Lions Cup in 2010, right after being voted Rookie of the Year. and held the Cup for the entire year, which was the highest honor in Chikara with no singles belt. But he was putting on top tier matches the entire time. I was shocked to see how young he was at that time, and this was his first 100 matches. Absolutely incredible talent. That also speaks to the bases he worked with at the time to make him look that good. Unfortunately he hurt his knee in '11 and missed a year. When he came back certainly grounded a bit but still had his spots. When Chikara got a singles title, Frightmare would always be the one to end someone's winning streak at 2, as a 3rd victory would give them a title shot. The trio of Frightmare, Hallowicked, and UltraMantis Black is a great little stable. Black has enough charisma for all 3 of them so I don't hold it against Frightmare for staying off the mic, in fact I give him a lot of credit for his ability to tell a story so well without it. He pretty much tagged with these guys a lot more after his injury too, but they win King of Trios in 2012. He did a lot of work with HW going forward and continued to shine in mixed matches. He should have gotten a run with the title at some point, but he was always close to it since HW had it for 2 years - consistent main event talent. He was always loyal to Chikara till the end, I respect that. Even when he went rudo I couldn't dislike him. I think fans also had a tough time not cheering for him because he had so much talent. He's got a few interviews out there lately - he's extremely humble, loyal, and genuinely seems like a técnico. I consider him one of the best due to that ~10 year run of solid matches- most are above average and a decent amount I'd give a 10 to."

[9.0] "Fantastic high flying talent, he can do things in the ring that few can do. Good on the mat too and can tell a good story if given a reason to. Strong character work as well. Highly valuable performer for any roster, I really dig him in CHIKARA and elsewhere on the indy scene."
