While BXB Hulk never reached the levels predicted, he is still a fantastic member of the roster with great feuds with Shingo and Yamato. A multiple time champion and still adding value to a number of stables as he goes. He's worked well as both heel and face and his work as a tag team with Yamato and KAI among some of this better pairings and acts as the experienced head for RED and Gold Class in the loss of Naruki Doi. Shame for what he could have been but grateful for what he accomplished"

[8.0] "BxB Hulk was more than ahead of his time at his absolute peak. It seems that time and injuries definitely put some major strains on his career, however to this very day he is an extremely solid wrestler and has been proving it with his time in gold class."

[9.0] "BxB Hulk joins Shinjiro Otani and Go Shiozaki as one of my absolutely favourite wrestlers who sadly never became a TOP top wrestler. Hulk had it all -- a fantastic look, incredible athleticism, and genuine babyface charisma. He probably suffers/suffered from the no-selling bug that a lot of Dragon Gate wrestlers have been infected with for certain periods, but he more than made up for that with everything else he did. On offence -- he was super creative and flashy, mixing in incredible high-flying and agility and great strikes, and all of it was performed at a blink-and-you'll-miss-it pace. One little factor I love about Hulk's performance was actually his attire, since those shiny flared pants added extra visual highlight to his stunts, since whenever he would flip or spin around you would see those long, curling, glistening beams that would leave imprints of whatever big move he performed or whatever massive bump he just took. Perhaps that's just a little detail, but I honestly think that putting Hulk in shorts would have made all his agile stunts look far less spectacular. When on defence, Hulk went far beyond being just a 'cool' wrestler doing 'flashy' stunts, as he is definitely up there in my list of the most sympathetic babyfaces ever. It of course helps that he truly has idol-esque looks, since we're naturally drawn to people that are traditionally attractive, but Hulk just generally knew how to express and highlight his facial features in order to reflect the absolute pain and exhaustion he was going through. His amazing agility also allowed him to take some insane bumps to massively put over his opponents' attacks, so you could absolutely never accuse Hulk of hogging the spotlight and only ever trying to get himself over in his performances. There is no better way to describe Hulk's wrestling style other than 'beautiful'. It's a travesty that he never managed to become the top guy in DG. I hope we see him somehow get one last Dream Gate run."

[9.0] "Hulk pretty much has it all when it comes to being an amazing wrestler in the 21st century. He had a GOAT entrance in the late 2000s, and his sells his gimmick very well even to this day. His Blood Warriors/Mad Blankey era though wasn't my cup of tea, but he still had the talent to put on great matches. Love his athletic ability in his strikes and his way of doing sequences, plus he can fly very beautifully as well."
