[4.0] "Probably the best worked boxing match in WWE history. That doesn't mean it's good, but it's certainly not terrible. Mero does all the classic boxing cheats while Butterbean drops him twice before the classic "wrestler does a wrestling move in a boxing match" dq finish. Can't believe Jon Jones ripped off Marvelous Marc smh."
[3.0] "Marc Mero's heel antics were hilarious to me for some reason. But no one wants to watch worked boxing. This was more entertaining than Jake Paul Vs. Mike Tyson however."
[4.0] "Bizarrely I prepared for awful and actually thought this was... fine? They sprinkled in plenty of sports entertainment through Mero's tactics that the bad punches didn't really matter too much, and it worked on getting Mero over as a heel. If you think of it as a segment, and not a match, it was fine and did the job. Significantly better than Mr T vs. Piper, since they didn't treat this one seriously."
[4.0] "It was more entertaining than most other times we've seen boxing matches on PPV and Marc Mero was a fun heel in this, but at the end of the day it's a worked boxing match on a wrestling PPV. The DQ ending was ridiculous too, especially when there was several blatant DQ moments where the referee does nothing. It is at least intentionally absurd, but a lot of the match didn't get great reactions."
[2.0] "Not the dirt worst you could get with a decent enough layout and some heel tactics by Mero. Still its an absolute bore. If I wanted to watch worked boxing matches I would go watch Rocky not a wrestling show"
[0.0] "Boxing fans don't buy wrestling ppv's to see worked boxing matches or unpolished amateur boxers go at it and wrestling fans don't give a shit about boxing matches on their wrestling cards. DUD!"
[4.0] "I mean it wasn't as horrible as Piper vs Mr. T, but at the same time Mero and Butterbean weren't as over as Piper and Mr. T. I actually think it would have worked if more popular people were involved, because it had a nice structure with Marc constantly using cheap shots and Butterbean's worked punches looked great. The crowd wasn't really into it though and they didn't even care about Mero's low blow in the end."
[5.0] "You know what? I didn't mind this. Was it good? Absolutely not. Could something else had been on it's place? Absolutely. It was something different however, and although it wasn't great I respect WWE for trying something else."
[0.0] "Wretched match which was just used to bring Butterbean in for a worked match which would never work and this show had way too many DQs as it was. Looked like they tried to do a comedy match with Mero attacking Butterbean after every round but it didn't work"
