Davey Boy Smith Jr., El Desperado, Lance Archer & TAKA Michinoku vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Ryusuke Taguchi, Satoshi Kojima & Tiger Mask

[5.0] "This is just an inoffensive opening, multi-man tag match. If you watch New Japan you're probably familiar with the format. The most notable thing here is the presence of Pride-lady doing the introductions."

[5.0] "The crowd is great here and they really get behind Tencozy which adds something to this, but it's still largely a pretty standard multi-man tag match. It is fun to see Taichi lurking menacingly in the background. 2.75 stars, a fine way to start the show."
