[3.0] "In my opinion, this is not particularly worth watching. Van Hammer recently managed to beat Foley convincingly, but today he loses out to the aging Atlas. This once again highlights the inconsistent booking decisions made during the WCW Watts era. Atlas is a powerhouse with limitations, and Van Hammer is not an above-average worker himself, so this ends up being a brawl reminiscent of a better squash match. Move on and forget about it."

[2.0] "It's Tony Atlas in 1993, and he's wrestling Van Hammer... This was about as bad as you'd expect it to be. Tony seems almost completely immobile, and consequently a large portion of the match is spent standing still in simple holds like headlocks because there is little else that he can do. Laughable that they put Atlas over, too. Not entertaining in the slightest."
