[8.0] "The two big heels of the company give a good match, I think that the dirty games of White were excesive, defenetly Suzuki was the star of the match, the end was ok but I think can be better. 3. 75*"

[9.0] "A great and original match. There wasn't a large variety of beautiful movements and non-stop action. This match is entirely based on history and it is really great. Suzuki destroyed the overconfident Jay at G1 in 2018. This time, White expected an easier fight and almost paid for his self-confidence again. Jay is forced to go to tricks, break the rules, catch the right moment, do everything in his power to win. Or at least survive. Suzuki, at 52, is still an incredible performer and one of the best storytellers."

[10.0] "Fantastic, simply fantastic. Yeah, the finish might just take this one out of the 5* for me, but all of the rest is perfect charecter work with both guys going heavy on the storytelling, White showing why he is the greatest Heel of today and Suzuki with the G1 of his life with 52 years old"

His selling was on point. I love the gameplan as White worked over Suzuki's leg. The late portion of the match was amazing with fulll of drama. A good watch for sure."

The gameplan to attack the knee in the latter stages of the match was done great, and I also thought that Gedo's whole involvement was done well here, with it playing to the story of the bout pretty much perfectly."

Some sequences were good and it was fun to see Jay White being literally bullied by Suzuki but on the whole it was slow and very much unremarkable. The finish was basically the exact same way Jay White's won all his matches."

Suzuki continually plummels Jay throughout the match but with a little distraction by Gedo, Jay is able sneak in a lot of offenses. It was a really good match with a really good pacing. The selling could have been better from Suzuki's part but the match woukd have never worked if Suzuki was limping. Wasn't a fan of the ending. ****"

[5.0] "Jay White is so sloppy in a ring ... he does nothing and has no impact in his shots, I think Suzuki was not in the match too, really disappointed because I love Suzuki, he does a great G1 besides this match. White has a great heel work but in ring, it's really boring. **1/4"

[8.0] "I loved this match. A real clash of personalities, between two great characters. This is a unique match, in so far that it's heel against heel, with neither guy taking the defacto babyface role, yet there is a lot of heat. Strongly recommended. ****¼"

[9.0] "This was stellar. Suzuki played the horror movie villain that we've seen him play time and time before, but opposite of Jay White's sneaky heel he becomes a force of cosmic karmic justice and we find ourselves rooting for him. I honestly wish the ending had been a bit more protracted. I feel like after all of the inevitability Suzuki portrayed throughout the match, him getting put away by a quick low blow and Bladerunner almost felt cheap. The character work here was so good, though, and I cannot any other pairing in NJPW could have had a match like this."

[7.0] "Seeing MiSu trying to survive Jay's dirty tactics with pure wrestling was great. This didn't had a lot of moves, it was more a technical/brutal match with Jay surviving MiSu's strikes and submissions by using mind games and shenanigans, but it was very cool to watch and I would totally recommend this match to someone. Also, that Blade Runner counter from MiSu was simply magnific. ***3/4"
