[6.0] "I like both these wrestlers, especially Lando, but this match felt like they were both going at a much lower gear than what I expected and certainly than what the ratings show. Not a bad match at all, there are just better on the card."
[5.0] "The storyline was so engaging (the old classic fight between two best friends). The buildup for the match was good. But when it comes to the overall match quality, they couldn't just deliver. Or maybe I expected more. The ending was good, though."
[7.0] "The match was good, but I think they tried too hard. I understand the story, I understand the purpose, but I think the match's length didn't work in their favor. Perhaps with the same amount of time but better saving the spots, or with less time but much more aggression, the match would have worked better for me."
[7.0] "I think both guys did a good job of the tension that was between them be pretty real. Not sure how I felt about Lando seeming to be the babyface in this match though"
[9.0] "From what I've seen through RevPro's highlights I believe it's a perfect combo between storytelling(the good old fashioned fight between two best friends) and two exciting and fast movesets. Even the post match is interesting because there was the possibility of Danny Black's betrayal and the end of CPF but it ended in a beatiful hug and proof of sportmanship and brotherhood between two amazing performers"
[9.0] "Amazing clash between 2 best friends, you could see the bitterness in each hit and the fish to beat each other. Lando and Black should be wrestling permanently in a TV company. Hope that NJPW uses them for the Jr tag league or MLW books them for the Middleweight division and they get to wrestle luchadores in the US"
