[8.0] "Another fun edition of Bloodsport (and probably the last for quite some time) I really enjoyed Demspey vs Thatcher, Dunne vs Takeda and Barnett vs Nagata, the rest is on good levels though except for a couple of matches that didn't convince me."
[8.0] "What's probably the last Bloodsport ever was a very fun event, with a very interesting card, where every match has at least one guy that's super cool and you want to watch, so despite any debate or discourse about the WWE guys and the essence of the event, discussions by which I think are valid, you need to analyze the event calmly and it was a nice watch, without a doubt. The main event was very fitting between Barnett and Nagata, and if this is truly the end, there wasn't a better option than that match. The first five matches were like an undercard, and the last five ones were where the buzz was bigger."
[8.0] "A truly great end to Bloodsport, a place which has helped showcase the talents of many and given us plenty of great bouts over the past seven years. The first half of this card is largely forgettable, except for the very solid Ulka Sasaki match. The second half of the card; though? Woah. We add two all time great Bloodsport matches. Dunne vs Takeda & Dempsey vs Thatcher. They're both equally as good, despite being pretty stylistically different matches. The two best matches of the week so far for me. Baszler vs Nattie is very, very good and we send off Bloodsport with a rematch that's been brewing for twenty three years. Had the first half of this card offered a little more? This would have been an all-time great show. Not just Bloodsport but independent wrestling in general. As it stands, still a fantastic watch. ****1/4."
