[7.0] "Enjoyable show from GCW here with a number of surprise appearances including AJ Gray, Karrion Kross & Scarlett, and Nick Gage. Good progression for future events with the GCW/Juggalo feud continuing as well as other feuds. A show that will be enhanced by those that enjoy more violent matches as half of the card was that. Matches like Drew Parker/Marcus Mathers and YDNP/Gringo Loco & Jack Cartwheel were pretty enjoyable but did not get as much of a response from the crowd compared to the more violent ones."

[10.0] "I've watched a lot of GCW shows. It's normal to see a 3 good matches, 1-2 deathmatches and the rest is variety. This show had the return of the King, Nick Gage. He is the main lifeblood behind GCW. The return of AJ Gray. Killer Kross showing up with Scarlett. Bear Bronson is on the rise as an untapped star. GCW is modern day ECW."

[8.0] "Seems like some old faces are returning to gcw! gage, Kross + Scarlett and Gray. Incredibly long promo from Brett with Nick gage. Makes me wonder if Gage is still working h with CZW. Top matches are Takeda v Slade, Blackheart v Cardona and Redacted V Black"

[9.0] "This is the GCW I absolutely missed, we are so fucking back. The opener is a beautiful and violent overbooked mess including the return of Nick Gage, Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux. Cardona comes out in the fucking DeLorean, Shotzi's mini tank is back.Colored tubes come back for the first time in awhile aswell. Never thought I'd be seeing 2 former WWE wrestlers put on a deathmatch like this. Anyways the show obviously peeked at the beginning but there's still tons of good to be found on the rest of the card. Mathers/Parker was a good technical matchup. Redacted/Ultramantis brought the crowd back with some good ultraviolent wrestling but it was abit sloppy. The 6 man tag had a few good moments. Stereo jaw breakers from VNDL48 was good. Masha getting triple powerbombed through the glass pane made VNDL48 look like huge assholes in another great moment. At one point Tremont hits a suicide dive. Then the chaotic finish with Bobby Beverly coming back, Charles Mason costing Atticus while on the scissorlift and those other highspots. Now for a thing I did not like at all... that being Brets speech that would never fucking end. To sum it up he thanks alot of wrestlers, pays tribute to some fallen soldiers before The Jugglos come out and now it's gonna end in a wargames blah blah anyways I kinda don't care. Bret then thanks more people and it was just wayyy to unnecessarily long. I think it was legit over 35 miniutes or so. After that one of the best matches of the night takes place between YDNP and Los Desperados. This is one of the best lucha style tag matches I've seen in quite awhile. Tons of flippy shit to be found here. The 6 man all star scramble deathmatch was complete fucking chaos and really nobody could choose who they wanted to win. After that Austin Luke comes out and basically issues a open challenge that fucking AJ Grey answers of all people. To me AJ Grey was way more of a shocking comeback then Gage earlier in the night. I love both these two so I was extremely happy that these 2 got a big match in GCW together even if it was short. I thought it did a great job though. KJ/Effy was just okay, one of the weakest matches on the show but nothing glaringly bad takes place. Takeda/Slade was looking to be a fucking awsome deathmatch with tons of glass, blood and giant scissors but a chokeslam gone wrong kinda sucked the life out of the match for me personally. After about 3 more miniutes of Takeda barely being able to stand they rush to the the finish. Takeda is absolutely insane for trying to continue, I really hope he's okay. Anyways this is just a super fun show with tons of returns that older and even newer fans of GCW could appreciate. So many moments in alot of these matches that I have failed to mention but it's a really damn good GCW show that brings back that old spirit."

[8.0] "Straight out of the gates, a high-paced chaotic opening featuring several return run-ins. Followed by an extremely technical match between Parker and Mathers, it only goes up from there. Redacted brings the energy every time he makes a walk to the ring. The homecoming vibes were all there, from speeches to returns. Sure it drags a little, especially mid-card, but it ties together well. All around, one of the best events of the year, a hell of a time start to finish even with an unfortunate ending."

[6.0] "I'll try and keep this brief. The opener & Redacted vs UltraMantis stand out here, with the card cooling off a little following the latter (and the crowd with it). With that said, everything was decent or good here and I'm still very much looking forward to night two. ***1/4."
