| 6 | 22.05.2025 | Robert Taylor | 7.0 | Ich fand es sehr gut, dass man für die erste Runde dieses Jahr in die Korakuen Hall gegangen ist und von der Produktion mehrer Kameras sowie Kommentar dabei hatte, insgesamt eine sehr runde Show, bei der das MOTN der Main Event war. Higuchi und Aoki passen stilistisch aber auch sehr gut zusammen. Überraschend gut fand ich auch Hinda vs. Ueno, da Honda mal seine working Boots anhatte. Masada vs. Koroku hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen und die anderen Matches waren allesamt solide und ganz nett. Überraschend war natürlich auch, dass Brookes in nur 22 Sekunden verloren hat, womit ich aber total leben kann. |

The show really starts to pick up again after Harashima's shock win over Brookes but the previous 4 matches were pretty forgettable. With the winners of this round moving forward, the next show should be a lot better and will probably not have the same issues. |
| 12 | 18.05.2025 | Oliver95x | 6.0 | Antonio Honda vs. Yuki Ueno fing erstmal technisch und langsam an was sich auch eigentlich den Rest des Matches durchgezogen hat. Es gab immer mal wieder gute Momente, aber insgesamt eher mittelmäßig (***). Daisuke Sasaki vs Akito ging sofort los, ohne viel Wartezeit. Sasaki dominierte einen Großteil des Matches und dann war es auch schon Recht schnell vorbei ( * 3/4). KANON vs. Shunma Katsumata war größtenteils Comedylastig. Was nicht zeigend was schlechtes sein muss, in dem Match hätte ich mir jedoch was Ernsthaftigkeit gewünscht. Die letzten Minuten waren durchaus gut, haben dann aber auch nicht mehr soviel rausgerissen (** 1/2). Daichi Sato vs. Yukio Naya war dann wieder was besser, richtig umgehauen hat es mich aber leider nicht. Hart aber auch wieder was langsam (***). Hideki Okatani vs. To-y fing spaßig an, jedoch hat das eingreifen den Schwung komplett raus genommen. Danach war das Match erstmal einseitig und langsam. To-y schaffte dann zum Glück sich wieder zurück zu kämpfen und das Match was spannender zu machen. Die Schlussphase war stark (*** 1/4). Takeshi Masada vs. Yuya Koroku war für mich das bisher beste Match. Gutea Tempo mit harten hits (*** 3/4). Kazusada Higuchi vs. Shinya Aoki war ein würdiges Main Event, jedoch auch eher nur mittelmäßig. Es war hart und hatte gute Phasen jedoch hoffe ich insgesamt noch auf eine Steigerung im Turnierverlauf (*** 1/2). |

But that felt so right it was scaring Harashima and Brookes as i guess they might had wrestled each other so many times before, because it felt natural how quick they scale until the end |
