[6.0] "A fine show but hardly one that will last long in the memory. A couple of pretty bad matches and the rest was pretty good with a main that didn't quite hit top gear. The crowd weren't great which didn't help. 6/10"

[6.0] "A mixed bag. The last two matches were really good, particularly the main event, but the first half of the show was a real struggle. Other than the six-man title match, nothing was bad, but there was minimal crowd reaction for most of it and that's a tough sell in a building as big and cavernous as this exhibition hall."

[6.0] "Weird show. I didn't care for the 6 man title match at all, very slow, awkward pace and too much comedy for my taste. Then we had a very good junior title match and a fairly disappointing main event. Nothing bad but Jun's methodical offense over the course of nearly thirty minutes did drag. If anything it made me hope they go back to Anzai later this year."

[6.0] "Overall, this was a disappointing show that was saved by a solid semi-main and an excellent main event. The biggest reason this show fell somewhat flat is threefold. THe first is the continued mishandling of Shotaro Ashino. After his excellent match with Yuma Anzai earlier this month, this was an excellent chance to put the TV title on him and do a short term reclamation project for both him and the belt. Instead he is beaten yet again, and we are promised a Kuroshio match. Yawn. The less that is said about the Baka Jidai vs Hokuto-Gun match the better. It was built around painfully unfunny shtick featuring your next triple crown challenger defending against a barely ambulatory granny. Do not need. Do not want. The last is significantly less egregious, but still frustrating, and it was the shocking lack of chemistry in the Elpida vs. Hontai 6 man. The match featured top stars from multiple divisions, but still fell apart several times. It was not helped by Wada's horrific inability to follow the match and hit his cues. The rest of the card was fine, and the top two matches ended on a high note, but this was not up to the recent AJPW standards."

[6.0] "A reasonably fair show overall, but there's nothing essential on here. The undercard matches were pretty standard fare. The Six Man title match was a strictly comedic affair which typically doesn't appeal to me too much although I found some of the spots amusing. The semi and main events were solid but not sublime. If you just watched those two, I'd say you weren't missing much on the rest of the card."
