[6.0] "T'wasn't bad. T'wasn't bad at all. Even if the deathmatch underwhelmed, and half of the show was dedicated to showing what happened on the previous PPV, they did give us some interesting character work and two rather decent matches, especially that opening match. Sadly, the crowd was pretty much dead for most of this show."
[5.0] "This wasn't a bad show. The first three tag and single matches are the ones taped for JCW Lunacy. The battle royal and Cross vs Mack were a part of Bloodymania 17 and other show around that time, but made to this tape as a special gift for the final episode of the first season of Lunacy. On the opener the Brothers of Funstruction defeated the Southern Six, with Violent J at his corner. I'm not a big fan of the funstruction boys, but I get why they are over at this promotion. I just don't like all the clown tropes based offense and I don't find it funny. That doesn't mean they can't do some dine spots here and there. My favorite part was the Southern Six regaining control, specially with Silas Mason performance. For me they should be on the top of the promotion. Then, Willie Mack defeated Officer Colt Cabana on a title match. Slow, as the usual Cabana matches and with some funny bits, for example the handshake into three consecutive slaps by Mack. Mack retains. Then a surpraisingly good deatchmatch between Mad Man Pondo and Nick Gage. I'm not the biggest fan of this kind of matches, but this worked for me with some decent spots and moves and less silly stuff than others, although Pondo's saw shouldn't be used is just ridicolous. Then, Caleb Konley won the newly introduced JCW American title on a mediocre battle royal with nothing memorable. On the main event, Matt Cross finally defeats Willie Mack on his third attempt to get the title and becomes the new JCW heavyweight title. It was the best match of their JCW trilogy, as it was faster and more athletical were both guys really showed what they can do. Cross winning is a nice moment, we'll see where his title run goes."
[7.0] "Honestly, this show wasn't really that bad. 2 title maches on the same night with Colt Cabana ending up getting defeated by Willie Mack only to be defeated by Matt Cross later at Bloodymania. Taped shows are honestly good for that sort of stuff when they want people to catch up with what happened after the tapings. Brothers of Funstruction kicking the Southern Six's asses is good to see and Nick Gage being on the show for a death match certainly brings back memories of JCW's early days."
"The best episode of Lunacy so far! Show starts with The Brothers of Funstruction vs The Southern Six in a good match. Commissioner Violent J stayed at ringside to keep an eye on Kerry Morton and of course he beat him up a little to maintain order. Willie Mack and Colt Cabana had a decent short match. Then Violent J announced that the Nick Gage vs Mad Man Pondo deathmatch would be the main event of this entire season of Lunacy. Of course Nick and Pondo had a good bloody brawl with tubes, tacks, doors, and the classic stop sign. This episode was longer than usual because it also included 2 matches from Bloodymania 17 at The Gathering of the Juggalos. The battle royal was pretty fun and crowned Caleb Konley as the first JCW American Champion. Finally we got a second Willie Mack match, but this time Matt Cross upset him to win the JCW Heavyweight Championship in what was probably the best wrestling match we've seen so far on Lunacy. This was a really enjoyable show."
[5.0] "show starts off with two of the worst ''wrestlers'' of all time , nick cage and mad man pondo, these guys talk a big game even though they are in their 50s, addicted to meth and not taller than 5'5, but we're supposed to believe they can pose a threat to the other tag teams in this fed or something, yeah right. Southern 6 are always entertaining and the clowns arent that bad either in this environment, I enjoyed this match. I don't care for cabana at all, at least this didnt drag on and willie mack won in a convincing manner. Gage and Pondo are two old bums stuck in the past and this match was exactly that, outlaw mudshow BS straight out of the year 2000, absolutely abysmal, these guys were never good which is to be expected considering they are untrained backyarders but this was bad even for the low to nonexistant standards of deathmatch ''wrestling'', everything was in slow motion. Battle royale was a mess. Mack v Cross in the main event was alright, crowd was kind of dead for it however."
[9.0] "Pretty awesome show from the clowns. The Brothers Of Funstruction have fun tag match against the NWA Boys with Violent J taking out Kerry Morton. Colt Cabana really makes this evil cop gimmick work and is becoming my favorite on JCW. Pondo and Gage have a random deathmatch that was pretty fun but a bit botchy. They show us the American title battle royal then Matt Cross winning the JCW title at Bloodymania."
