[9.0] "(8.9/10) NXT had quite the act to follow after their monumental ple of Heatwave 2024, and a day after a mesmerizing event from Bash in Berlin. Anyone who actually talks down of this event really wasn't watching the event and was looking for reasons to hate on WWE's developmental brand. Right now WWE was the hottest asset in the world of professional wrestling. And NXT was it's hottest brand."

We had the debut of Giulia on NXT which was shocking and exciting at the same time. I don't remember what else happened on this show but overall, it was good. [***3/4]"

[8.0] "WWE NXT No Mercy 2024 was a solid night of wrestling, it could have been even better if the crowd in Denver wasn't completely dead until the main event where they became very involved. The opener was the best match of the night, Frazer and Axiom continue to be my favorite pair this year, but in this case I thought the victory was bad because once again they gave a useless reign to Chase U in exchange for turning Ridge Holland, Wes vs. Wentz, but it could have made Wes win to continue in a feud for the X Division belt, the two matches for the secondary titles (both male and female) were the low points of the night, but still competent matches, Rox and Jaida had a good match and followed by Giulia's debut which was the best thing about the show could have been the main event. The main event was the usual special guest referee antics match, at least the crowd woke up thanks to Joe Hendry. Chase U vs. Axiom/Frazer (****1/4), Wentz vs. Lee (****), Kelani vs. Wendy (***), Oba vs. Tony (***), Rox vs. Jaida (****), Page vs. Henry (***1/4). Final grade (7.5/10)"

Only one bad match being the Womens NA Title match. Fraxiom/Chase U - ****1/4, Wes/Wentz - ***3/4, Kelani/Wendy - *3/4, Oba/Tony - ***1/2, Rox/Jaida - ****, Ethan/Joe - ***1/2."

Highlights as always were the Roxanne title defence and the Fraxiom tag match, and the Wes Lee match was surprisingly good too. Main event was fine, hope this spells the end of Hendry in NXT. Wendy Choo tried her best to ruin it all."
DanTalksRasslin wrote on 22.09.2024:
[7.0] "The opening tag match was probably the best overall; of similar quality to the match between Axiom/Frasier and a different permutation of Chase U at Heatwave, and had a well-executed split angle for Holland after the match. The two "NXT vs TNA" matches were also solid, though especially given the outcome of Wentz vs Lee, I'm not sure why they didn't have Wentz' X-Division belt on the line. Page vs Hendry was a good combination of personalities, with an expected outcome. Perez vs Parker and Femi vs D'Angelo were also solid, and Femi looks at the moment like a can't-miss future megastar. Jordan vs Choo was OK but the weak link on the show. Overall solid event."

[8.0] "This was a very solid PLE with NXT continuing to be some of my favorite wrestling currently. Fraxiom continuing to grow my love for tag team wrestling, TNA vs NXT banger, one pretty shitty match, and Oba Femi banger, a Roxanne banger, Giulia Debut, and a better than expected main event."
FlokinMeltzer67 wrote on 18.09.2024:
[8.0] "This was a good PLE from NXT. Nothing great but nothing terrible. Chase U vs Axiom & Nathan Frazer was a great opener, Zachary Wentz vs Wes Lee was good, Oba vs Tony was an ok match. Roxanne Perez vs. Jaida Parker was a very good match, Giulia debuting was awesome, I really enjoyed that debut & the match. Ethan Page vs. Joe Hendry was also a good match. This was a nice PLE."

[7.0] "Not as good as Heatwave, with a few interesting decisions, but still an enjoyable show much like the weekly NXT episodes are. The first two matches were the best, with Wendy Choo taking Kelani Jordan to a stinker (not as bad as her 11 minute match with Lola Vice a few weeks ago though). Jaida/Roxy had a solid match which was obviously outshadowed by the post match stuff, Oba/Tony was okay... and the main event was fun storywise and had some pretty entertaining moments, especially with the suspense surrounding whether or not Hendry would win, but it wasn't anything spectacular. Halloween Havoc is definitely probably going to be better."

Definitely not worse than Bash in Berlin, but probably not better either, and half of that is due to WWE, as it is often wont to do, pushing a meme a bit longer than its shelf life. Still, not a bad show by any stretch of the imagination."

The last two matches really woke the crowd back up and put the show in a good place. Overall, this was good, but the middle of it was very shaky."

[7.0] "Similarly to Bash in Berlin, this was a consistently good but unspectacular show. Three really good matches in Fraxiom vs Chase U, Wentz vs Lee and Roxanne vs Jaida. Oba Femi vs Tony was pretty disappointing I must say - Tony supposedly injures his ankle early on, but I'm not sure if it was in kayfabe or not, because Oba doesn't really end up particularly targeting it throughout the match. Fine match, good showing for Oba, but sadly unremarkable. Kelani vs Wendy did not work for me, Kelani still needs to figure out better ways to incorporate her athleticism in more compelling ways (I think doing a flip on the ropes and then going for the flatliner looked very awkward for example). Wendy's gimmick is pretty much dead right now, I didn't really care for it and neither did the crowd. Main event was alright, Roxanne vs Jaida would've been a better closer. Joe is super over, so the crowd made it more enjoyable, him and Page are decent in-ring, but nothing special. Trick's involvement was fun, it's funny how if a wrestler puts on a ref shirt all it takes is one bump for them to be knocked out cold. Cool debut from Giulia, after a really nice match from Roxanne and Jaida."

[7.0] "I will say it didnt surpass Heatwave but I still thought this PPV was enjoyable. The match of the night for me is between Roxanne vs Jaida and the tag match. Unfortunately, the worst match of the night was Kelani vs Wendy. But even then none of the matches were horrible or offensive by any means. I still dont understand the point of having the show go off air with Ethan retaining and Pete Dunne attacking Trick instead of Giulias highly anticipated debut. I get Joe Hendry is currently the most over but if he wasnt winning the title, which everyone knew he wasnt, what was the point? This is the 2nd time Roxanne has been robbed of a main event for Ethan Page."

Zachary & Wes Lee was a banger with Trey Miguel helping Zachary to win. Kelani & Wendy Choo was the low point of the show, but still, it was good. Oba Femi & Tony D'angelo putting on a great match. Oba obviously putting on classics regularly. Roxanne Perez vs. Jaida Parker was awesome, and Ethan Page vs. Joe Hendry was great with a very, very surprising ending. All in all, a great show. 8/10"

[8.0] "I thought this was a fine show, outside of Kelani Jordan vs. Wendy Choo Match, everything else was pretty solid. The opener was a fun tag team match Fraxiom are really the best tag team in the world today, Andre Chase pulling the crazy moves, and wowing us with his ability. Ridge Holland eventually turned on Chase University after the match and brutalizing Andre Chase in which he got stretchered out the arena. Zachary Wentz the new X-Division Championship got the victory over his ex - best friend. Kelani Jordan, and Wendy Choo it just didn't hit for me the chemistry wasn't their the crowd wasn't feeling it, and I like both ladies they are very solid professional wrestlers but this match was a flop. Oba Femi and Tony D'Angelo was a pretty solid match, Oba Femi got the win and retains but what's next for Tony D'Angelo I think this was his last match in NXT as I see him moving on to the main roster in the pending future. The match of the night for me Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jaida Parker both ladies tore it down with Jaida Parker having her best match to date, and Roxanne Perez showing people why she's one of the best in the game, and why she's on the run of her life. Afterwards we saw the debut of Giulia in WWE and we assume she's gonna be the one who defeats Roxanne Perez and allows Roxanne Perez to move to the main roster, and Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Delta can run the NXT Women's Division. Ethan Page (c) vs. Joe Hendry was okay nothing to crazy. But after the match Pete Dunne attacked special guest referee Trick Williams to end the show. Overall decent show."

I loved the Main Event and the Match Between Roxanne and Parker (I have High Expectations for the last one). Happy to see Giulia, at this point Roxanne deserve to have a "real" challanger."

[5.0] "This show was fine, even though it was not booked for my tastes, there is a lot of effort put into most of the matches. The opener and the semi-main are both really good matches, that are worth your time, not must watch though. The Jordan/Choo match was pretty bad, but forgivable because they just shouldn't be in that position. The main event I absolutely hated. It was low effort the entire way through, only dragged along by mediocre wrestling that doesn't matter, special referee BS, and chants for Hendry (because he is a meme and not actually a good babyface)"

[6.0] "The opener for the tag team titles was very good. Probably the best Andre Chase and Ridge have ever been in a match. Fraxiom win back the titles, just a shame that Chase U can't ever get a real run as champions (8/10). Wentz vs Wes Lee was a little disappointing. Something felt off about it, they weren't on the same page and they were going kind of slow. They did manage to turn things around toward the end when the pace picked up and the moves were looking more impactful (6/10). Kelani vs Wendy for the women's NA title was mediocre. They didn't have any chemistry. Kelani retains, which was the right move (3.5/10). Oba vs Tony D for the men's NA title was solid. They had a slower pace fight. Some big moves every now and then, but this felt a bit underwhelming (6/10). Roxanne vs Jaida for the women's NXT title was good. Better than expected. Jaida made the most of this opportunity, looking strong in defeat as Roxanne's reign continues. More importantly, Giulia made her debut, looking like a star and having a stare down with Roxanne (7.5/10). The main event between Page and Hendry for the NXT title was decent. Heavily relied on Hendry being over, when they actually wrestled it wasn't anything special. The finish was overbooked just for the sake of it. For a PLE main event, this was not good enough (5.5/10). No Mercy was an above average show. The card going in was fairly weak, and the match quality was a mixed bag. The women's title should have been the main event, given that the only important thing on the entire show happened after. Closing with Giulia would have been a lot better. 6/10"

[8.0] "A good show by NXT and good to see a big crowd for the brand. Mostly good matches the only one I thought was pretty weak was the Jordan/choo match. The Don was outstanding against Femi and the world and tag title matches were really good too. the surprise of the night was that the womans title match stole the show. Parker has came on so much this year and Perez was great as always but it was the arrival of Giulia that overshadowed everything and left me buzzing for the next episode of NXT and I suppose thats what its all about."

The matches for the NXT Women's Championship and Wes Lee vs. Zachary Weltz were particularly good. Moments like Ridge Hollands heel turn and Giulias fantastic debut make this PLE still worth watching."

[8.0] "Way much better Show than Bashir At Berlín. The first match was the match of the night Fraxiom is just insanely good they are one of if not the best Tag Team in wwe right now. Second match was also very good Wes Lee is just awesome and Wentz gave his best performance under the NXT brand as a TNA wrestler the finish was kind of unespected and that made it more awesome. Third match was so so a bit sloppy but was not a wreck.fourth match was a pretty good match with two Big guys beating the sh... Out Of each other and Tony D basically giving Oba his biggest Threat For his Title as if yet. Next match was pretty good Roxanne was awesome as always and Jaida did pretty good For her First Title match was not a Classic but it was better than the first Women's match and then Giulia's debut was great can't with For her to Face Roxanne. The main event was good not as good as some Other matches on the card but entertaining a bit of a stupid finish but it is what it is HBK would not give the Title to a TNA guy not even For a month until the make the move to CW I thought they would make it happen. Good Show."
ACorteen wrote on 02.09.2024:
[6.0] "Good show. As expected from WWE at the minute..like every card presented from WWE since WrestleMania. Despite being overly predictable and unbearably commercial filled, it was a typical WWE "by numbers" presentation with a hot crowd and at least one match (out of the 5 that were on offer) worth a watch. Unfortunately, like "House Show in Berlin" it had a lot to follow after AEW All In (which was fantastic! ) and considering AEW All Out already has better card than any WWE PLE presented in the last 6 months, this NXT show had big shoes to fall, but still managed to put on a decent show in the shadow of all the amazing AEW PPV's we've already had this year."

[8.0] "No as good as Heatwave but still a great show from Top to Bottom. The match of the night has to be Roxanne Perez against Jaida Parker. That was Jaida Parker's best match to date and it will only get better from there. I also can't wait to see Guila take on Perez hopefully at the next NXT PLE or special tv episode. The opening match was a banger and I was shocked when Axiom and Nathan Frazer won back the titles. I am also interested in the angle of Chase U and Ridge Holland after Ridge turned on them. The Zachary Wentz and Wes Lee has a banger of a match, Kelani Jordan and Wendy Choo had a good match but it was my lease favorite match of the night, and the main event was great but should have been swapped with the Roxy/Jaida Parker match because of the quality of the match and the debut of Giulia."

From the Tag Title match to the main event, every match had something good to showcase, with Tony vs. Oba being the MOTN for me. Maybe the Tag Team and Kelani's matches could have been better, but they were fine too. It's nice seeing Giulia finally arrive in NXT to stay, but I really thought that Roxanne's next opponent would be Stephanie Vaquer. One last thing: How come every team that faces FrAxiom ends breaking up and those two are still together ?"

Frazer and Axiom putting on yet another banger with Chase U. Kelani and Wendy was ok but nice to see Tatum returning Roxanne and Jaida was fantastic with Giulia obviously arriving and the presentation was fantastic Page and Hendry had great chemistry and was a hell of a main event GREAT SHOW all around."
