[8.0] "A great PPV for Ring of Honor and to be honest, it has me hooked on ROH for possibly the future years to come. The pre-show was amazing and the main show too. It took a bit of a while to formally kick into gear but Brdoy/Lethal was the catalyst to it and when it kicked off , it was fire after that. My personal MOTN was Gresham/Bennett followed by Dragon/Deppen , Brody/Lethal and Rush/Bandido. The crowd was great and helped make the event even better. The wrestle buddies commercial was fun too. The announcement of the women's title tournament has me invested in the product too and they also signed Chelsea Green which is a good addition to their roster. I'm also interested in seeing how the VLNC UNLTD/ Foundation rivalry will play out as it looks as if the seeds for this potential feud have been planted. I have also experienced a change in ROH and that is signing guys with more character work and personality and a compromise on the in-ring skills however many of those guys showed major improvement so it might not be much of a issue than it seems. It had few flaws in the opening matches of the show but the rest was quality wrestling that produces one of the best PPV's of the year. 8 it is for me."

[8.0] "If you take out the EC3/Flip match and beef up the Woods/Young clash, then this show would've been in the running to get a 9. Everything here from the King/Lethal battle on (except for the tag match) was excellent with the Gresham/Bennett match being my favorite of the night. This was a great showing from Ring of Honor."

[5.0] "The in ring abilities of the wrestlers weren't bad whatsoever. Ring of Honor always puts on great in ring performances but the booking of the show was a little odd. The pre-show was a bit better than the ppv in terms of that but the title changes were a bit strange considering Tony Deppen had a short lived title reign and while Bandido is great in the ring having him beat RUSH at this time might not have been the right way to go."

[7.0] "Cool show. Not many people in the crowd and the whole ringside looked empty, but it's better than nothing. Tony Deppen vs Dragon Lee was The Match of The Night. Other good matches: 1)Brian Johnson, PJ Black vs Jay Briscoe, Mark Briscoe, 2)Jonathan Gresham, Rhett Titus vs Chris Dickinson, Homicide, 3)Rush vs Bandido."

[8.0] "After two years and more of turmoil, ROH seems to be back on the right track. First half of show was very solid, except maybe the EC3 vs. Gordon whereas the second half was so good : killer matches between King and Lethal then Gresham against Bennett was a masterpiece. Violence United also showed some very good things. The main-event drowned a bit but the result is very cheerful and was at the end a very solid fight. Return of the fans was also very appreciated, watching ROH during the pandemic was a bit harsh. Ring of Honor has now some good headliners and that gang wars is a great thing to bring interest to the product. I'm so glad to be happy again in watching ROH, my first alternative after WWE when I was way younger."

[4.0] "I found ROH BITW 2021 to be a mostly poor show, boosted some by the welcome return of the live crowd. None of the mattches exceeded adequacy from my cantage, and certainly none felt like they were PPV quality. It was nice to see Bandido get the big win, though he was immediately beaten-up like a complete geek, leaving a very sour aftertaste. To be sure, I would not call this a bad show; it was poor, and it was forgettable. Negative ratings tend to be exaggerated as they're taken in, so please know that I'm callimg this an awful, or putting it beside the Heroes of Wrestling of this world. It was just kind of dull, and I would not recommend it to others."

[9.0] "Great show to have the fans back, a bit too long as usual with ROH shows, mostly good matches, could've shaved off a couple, especially the EC3 vs Flip, but every other match was rather good, even the Bruisers vs PCOhausen was quite enjoyable, the fans were getting tired by the TV title match, so it needed a couple breathers, and it had a couple, but it probably could've done better, luckily they had a god breather for the main event in the announcement of the women's tournament, kinda weird as there wasn't a women's match, but there already were too many matches. Even if I don't think a match deserves a 9, it was an incredibly fun show and consistent, so I have no trouble giving it a 9. Brody King vs Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham vs Mike Bennett were my two favorite matches."

[7.0] "A tale of two halves for the first ROH show back in front of fans - the first half was pretty average, while from King/Lethal onwards it got better, with Gresham/Bennett the undisputed highlight of the show. Happy that Bandido won the title, but disappointed with the angle that followed, and a good surprise in Chelsea Green showing up, with interest in the Women's Championship tournament."

[9.0] "Very good show with a great second half. Nothing was really bad other than the Flip EC3 match (and even that wasn't terrible. ) ROH has been consistently interesting over the past year and this was a good showcase of that. New champs keep things interesting as fans start returning. I'm excited for the promotion and excited to see where things go from here."
