The second half did elevate it after a relatively odd and underwhelming first half which saw many WWE signees getting wins over EVOLVE regulars. A bizarre message to send and not exactly the best way to entice EVOLVE viewers at the time in my opinion. The promotion really felt like a feeder to NXT at this point and with the pandemic effectively ending EVOLVE, that is sort of what it turned into. Some matches here may have been better with more time much like the following nights show."
