| 1 | 06.08.2025 | Rated-Spear | 8.0 | Nach der Schließung der Universal Wrestling Federation entstanden PWFG, RINGS und UWF-I; Nobuhiko Takada's Union Of Professional Wrestling Force-International nahm den Windschatten Yoshiaki Fujiwara's Pro-Wrestling Fujiwara Gumi dankend an und entzog sich diesem anschließend auch gleichermaßen schnell. Kakihara vs. Tamura ein gelungener und zugleich empfehlenswerter Einstand der Promotion, ***1/2. Trotz zusammengezählt lediglich zweieinhalb Jahren Ringerfahrung schlugen Kiyoshi Tamura und Masahito Kakihara sich ausschließlich einen vor den Bug, hat ordentlich gerumst und ist dahingehend einem Nachfolger der UWF vollkommen gerecht geworden. Anjo & Miyato vs. Nakano & Yamazaki schloss sich derer Performance daraufhin anschließend an, ***1/4. Kazuo Yamazaki noch vor sieben Jahren in einem wohl eher überbewerteten Einzelkampf gegen Takada, gefiel er mir in diesem Match schon weitaus mehr. Striking nach Maß, Yoji Anjo dahingehend gut zum verprügeln geeignet. Main Event abschließend ein anschaulicher Kampf zwischen zwei augenscheinlicher Könner, ***. Nobuhiko Takada positionierte sich als Ace seiner Promotion, während Thomas Burton mehr als anständig Gegenwehr darbot. |

All those matches were awesome, yet I wouldn't say any of them reached the level of really great UWF rules bouts. I think even the card of just 3 matches is enough to get audience familiar with the style and presentation - from exciting young guns opener to brutal tag team battle and closing with Takada doing amazing job against foreign power. |
| 8 | 28.08.2018 | Makai Club | 8.0 | Kiyoshi Tamura vs. Masahito Kakihara Fucking awesome. Really set the tone for what UWFI was going to be. Great mix of strikes and grappling. Tamura being really assertive and dominant throughout the match. Leading the nasty strikes, being snug with the submission, even simple things like cranking the neck on the headlock. Kakihara trying to absorb everything, blocking the submission very well and doing some lovely counter striking. All in all, great match. **** Kazuo Yamazaki & Tatsuo Nakano vs. Yoji Anjo & Yuko Miyato This was absolutely incredible in my opinion. Thought the striking in this match was superb. The rise in intensity with Anjo and Miyato starting to use illegal strikes to overwhelm Yamazaki. Yamazaki sells this amazingly and rides the offence. Nakano added his toughness to the match fighting back with his own illegal strikes. Awesome. ***¾ Nobuhiko Takada vs. Tom Burton This was okay. Pretty short. Burton trying to throw his weight around, beating on Takada before Takada made his comeback. **¾ Overall This was a good show. Two really good matches and one short one. Great start to the UWFI, really showing off what product they will produce later on. |

Der Wrestling-Stil ist im Vergleich zum ursprünglichen UWF-Stil deutlich schneller sowie spektakulärer und vielleicht dadurch etwas weniger realistisch/"glaubwürdig", es ist jedoch zum damaligen Zeitpunkt eine Änderung/Anpassung in die richtige Richtung und tut der Qualität keinen Abbruch. Die jungen Wrestler zeigen ein starkes Opening Match. Das folgende Tag Match ist sehr sehenswert und mit einem überraschenden Upset von Anjo, mit dem so absolut nicht zu rechnen war. Der Main Event... nun ja, mit Burton ist weniger als nichts los. Statt seinen Worten Taten folgen zu lassen d. h. US-Wrestling und Powermoves zu zeigen, versucht er sich als absoluter Laie beim Shoot Style-Stil und sieht dabei sehr schlecht aus. Warum er Kickspads trägt, weiß man auch nicht. Ich hatte nach fünf Minuten schon genug und dachte erst noch, dass Burton, wegen des Ringer-Trikots, vielleicht ein ehemaliger Ringer ist, aber das ist wohl nicht der Fall, denn er ist hier, bei der Promotion, quasi eine komplette Fehlbesetzung. Bei einem besseren Main Event wären sieben Punkte drin gewesen, so reicht es für mich nur zu sechs Punkten. |
| 10 | 09.10.2013 | DerHitman | 7.0 | Die Show beginnt mit einem starken und zu Beginn schnellen Match zwischen Kakihara und Tamura. Zum Ende wird das Match langsamer da die beiden konditionell am Ende sind, was nach dem Tempo auch ok ist. Es folgt ein tolles intensives Tag Match. Der Main Event dann leider nicht so stark wie die beiden vorherigen Matches, was vor allem an Burton lag. Aber trotzdem noch ein gutes solides Match. |
