[3.0] "War mir zu sehr Kindergeburtstag als ernstzunehmende Pro Wrestling Show. Wenn man erst das 10 Man Tag hat welches einfach viel zu niedlich sein wollte und zu keinem Zeitpunkt ernsthaft geführt wurde, und dann im Anschluß inkonsequente Comedy mit 20 Leuten gefolgt von zwei weiteren Titelwechseln präsentiert, dann hauts mich doch recht hart von den Socken. Super enttäuscht war ich von TLC Match und vom Main Event. Die Stipulation war doch eh unnötig und beide sehen gelangweilt aus und bieten nur die sehr abgespeckte Version eines Matches. Für die Choreographie (weniger für die Dramatik) greifen beide Mädels ein und werden jeweils via Table-Bump entsort (*3/4). Hardys die volle Ladung gebremster Spaß, Penta und Fenix passen sich natürlich an und heraus kommt meiner Meinung nach gequirrlte Langeweile (*1/2). Einzig gutes Match für mich Low-Ki vs. Strickland, weil die zumindest ein ernsthaftes Match hatten (**3/4). Der Opener beweißt, dass ein Mini in einem Match dafür sorgen kann, dass die ganze Nummer einfach nur lächerlich ist und über Comedy nicht hinweg kommen kann (*3/4). Cobb vs. Lashley war im Ansatz OK nur völlig ohne jegliche Intensität (**) und das als Undercard Flippy Match gedachte Aufeinandertreffen Then vs. Now kommt ohne jegliche Heat aus, da das Publikum nicht so drauf abfährt, was da im Ring passiert (**1/4)."

[6.0] "Wie jedes Jahr ist die WrestleCon irgendwo zwischen Indy und Legenden-Show. Das 10 man Tag Team Spot fest sticht dieses Jahr natürlich besonders heraus. Dazu ein überraschend gutes Match zwischen Low Ki & Strickland. Der Legenden/Freak Show Rumble war bei der Spring Break Show aber deutlich unterhaltsamer."

[5.0] "Gutes Heelwork von „Team Unity“ um David Starr, ordentliche Powermoves von Elgin und ein paar Comedy-Einlagen prägen den ordentlicher Six Man Tag-Opener ohne größere Highlights. Kleines feines Match von Low Ki/Strickland. Low Ki mit einer schönen Ausstrahlung eines Routiniers und Strickland, der sich beweisen möchte. Kurzweiliges Match mit vielen flüssigen Sequenzen. Cobb/Lashley nervt ja leider schon vor dem Match. Komplett belangloses Match ohne Intensität, Impact nur im Namen des zu verteidigen Titels. Große Enttäuschung. Das Tag-Match von Evans & Angelico/Guevara/Gordon ist besser, aber auch unter belanglos zu verbuchen. Fühlt sich sehr nach Filler an. Oder halt Einleitung für das MOTN. Stark und vielseitig besetztes Spotfest, grandioses Dance Battle, aber in Teilen halt auch einfach drüber oder beim Timing etwas zu daneben. Dennoch irrsinnig unterhaltsam. Viele wirklich gute Spots. (****) Nahezu das Gegenstück bietet die Battle Royal. Interessante Worker-Mischung, dieser Retro-Touch hat was, aber das war’s dann auch schon. Der Rest ist fast ärgerlich. Da gefiel mir der Sandman-Entrance und - Match fast besser als das Battle Royale. Insgesamt viel zu lang für zu wenig echte Unterhaltung. Cage/Mundo wurden durch die Damen auch etwas auf falsche Wege geleitet. Die typischen TLC-Spots waren ok, der Rest leider etwas zerplückt. Das Main Event mit ebenfalls einer schöner Ansetzung, die aber auch hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleibt. Kompaktes, uninispiertes kurzes Match nach dem Motto „hauptsache auf der Card“. Schade. Insgesamt eine natürlich bunt gemischte Show, aber richtige Unterhaltung gab es viel zu selten zu sehen. Die interessanten Ansetzungen haben leider alle enttäuscht und so bleibt es bei einem durchschnittlichen Event."

[7.0] "This year's edition of WCon's Supershow was like any other year: long-in-the-tooth but collectively filled w/ moments and match-ups one would likely only see during Mania weekend, and as such, I enjoyed the show. Unlike the putrid Rev Pro show that I sat front-row for, I sat GA w/ some WCon volunteers and t/out the show heard their impressions on the gig and what could have been. The opener was a 'LU' M Dorada special in which his opponents acted like dicks, the dwarf took his lumps, but in-the-end got his venegeance. If this match would have been anywhere else besides the opener it wouldn't have gotten as over as it did. I saw Low-Ki pre-show, and as such, thought he would find a way on. They told a fluid yet toned-down story that was over, but not amazingly so. Ki won w/ a sick 'Warriors Way' on SS onto the apron. Lashley/Cobb was disappointing in that Lashley saw this evening as an easy payday. For those who don't know, J Evans was on crutches most of the weekend, so the fact he worked a match spoke to his desire for the payday, and his minimal contributions. The ten-man got a lot of pub from the mainstream press, and although it was spectacular, {ie AR Fox using a man's chest to springboard backflip:o), } it wasn't revolutionary... just silly dudes flipping. I really dug how Drew played the entire dance-off. Thankfully there was an intermission. (Hello Evolve! ) The DDT battle royal was pushing many people's patience, but The Sandman's appearance greatly invigorated the crowd. I sat just behind the second dude who drank from S's can, and spiritually I could feel him ejaculating from all the attention/hubbub. Ironically, the dude's bfriend missed the whole encounter in the restroom. So I'm imagining a menage-a-quois, and afterwards the four of them thinking out this TLC match, but at that point noone wanted or was into it. M Santos no-sold a spear through a table :o(). The brothers' tag main was thankfully short. 6. 5 live experience."

[6.0] "Starr/Trevor/Konley vs ACH/Elgin/Dorada was a fun opener; Mascarita and Big Mike on the same team was neat (***). I enjoyed the methodical pace Low Ki took with the less experienced but similarly-styled Strickland; some of the spots they put together were really good (***1/2). The botch for Lashley's entrance got a laugh out of me. I looked forward to Cobb vs Lashley because they are BIG BOYS that are legit as fuck, and I didn't mind that they started out slow, although considering they went less than 11 minutes I would've preferred a quicker pace; when they were actually going at it this was awesome but this had too much of Lashley working on top, and Cobb's great selling can only mitigate the pacing error so much, I wish these guys got 15-20 (***1/4). Evans/Angelico vs Gordon/Guevara was a solid flippy tag, although Jack was for sure not 100% (***). Team Ospreay vs Team Ricochet was a BOLA Night 3-esque wild exhibition 10-Man Tag; the action was fast and fun and executed so cleanly, and the dance sequence was very enjoyable and had the perfect end with Drew's headbutt landing at the perfect sync'd up time during the song; Will and Ricochet wanted the spottiest spotfest and they did it and I very much enjoyed it even though it's hard to rate (~****). The Battle Royale was basically just comedy and gimmicks and old men, and it was exactly what it was supposed to be, but what it's supposed to be wasn't very good (*3/4). Sandman's entrance was as cool as it ever was, and him just bopping and pinning Joey was better than the Battle Royale (**). Mundo vs Cage was pretty plodding until the ladders came out, and then the Cage/Taya table powerbomb was nuts, as was Mundo spearing Melissa through the table, but otherwise this was bland (**1/4). Broken Hardyz vs Lucha Brothers went through the motions for 7 minutes, although those motions were still good and over (***). This show really underperformed and coasted on all the names booked I think, but not bad."

[3.0] "This show was not good. The problem with a show like this is that they can put together very neat line-ups, but the matches often do not deliver and it is an easy payday for the wrestlers. The opener was fine, but with the talent involved, they are capable of better. Ki/Strickland was very average. Ki's big spots were fantastic, but the match was overly methodical and not in a compelling way. Lashley/Cobb was a disappointment with there not being a good go home. Angelico & Jack/Gordon & Sammy was very OK. If you like dance partys, you'll love the ten-man tag. I personally do not and did not love the match. I can appreciate some of the athleticism and the result particularly, but walked away from that one disappointed overall. The Battle Royal was a spectacle. I can't harp on it too much other than feeling that some of the competitors like 2 Cold Scorpio were wasted in the match. Cage/Mundo had a mundane TLC match and the main event was a house show effort."

[8.0] "I can't say the matches were great, but they were all fun in there own way. Commentary was really good, and the show flowed well. The 10 man was what it was, some will hate it, some will love it. I thought it was really fun, though maybe a bit too long. A fun show that people should see."

[7.0] "Zunächst Mal Excalibur auch hier wieder zu hören ist spitze da er es einfach als Kommentator drauf hat. Auch sein Partner war gut. Das Six Man Tag Team Match war als Opener richtig gut gewählt und machte Laune auch weil Mascarita Dorada wieder das zeigen durfte was er kann (***1/4). Low Ki vs Shane war sau stark das erste Highlight (***3/4). Dann ein schwaches Ding erst dauerte es eine Ewigkeit bis Bobby auftauchte, dann dachte man er machte eine No Show, dann tauchte er doch auf und das durch den Crowd und das Match selbst war schwach. Zwar zeigte Jeff einige Power Moves aber es gab keine gute Chemie (**). Das erste Tag Team Match war dann viel besser wie der Opener (***1/4). Das folgende Match - Team Ricochet vs Team Ospreay war sowas von Match of the Night und wieder ein Match of the Year 2017 Indie Kandidat das war genial, Punkt (****1/2). Der Dance-Off war Entertainment Pur und so lustig wie alle tanzten ganz stark die Break-Dance Szenen oder wie Sami, Lio und Drew tanzten. Es gab zig Highlights zu sehen, mein absolutes der Spanish Fly vom Top Rope Will ist so ein Teufelskerl und dann zeigte er das auch noch an Ricochet. Nach dem Match warfen die Leute Geld in den Ring das Will auch in seine Stiefel steckte. Die 20 Man Battle Royal war dann zwar einigermaßen unterhaltsam und es gab überraschende Teilnehmer wie Mr. Hughes der dünner als in den 90er aussah hatte aber den falschen Sieger (**1/4). Was danach kam da kann ich Enter The Sandman und den Auftritt des Sandman gut finden. Das TLC Match war dann wieder viel besser man wollte böse Bumps bei den Männer vermeiden da Brian ja noch weitere Matches hatte (***1/4). Vom Main Event war ich dann schon sehr enttäuscht er war einfach zu kurz aber die Cero Miedo - Delete Stelle war genial (**1/4). Kurzes Fazit: Hätte man das eine oder andere Match entfernt und dafür dem Main Event mehr Zeit gegeben dann gäbe es auch von mir mehr Punkte so jetzt nur, 7 Punkte trotzdem war die WC Supershow 2017 sehr unterhaltsam."
