[6.0] "It took me several weeks to watch this show, as I was not looking forward to the return of Lex Luger at his advanced age. The undercard has been a weak point on this show since its inception. Ok episode, but not a great one."

[5.0] "This show was not as bad as I feared, but it was far from great. The Gauntlet for the Gold to kick things off, was a decent Royal Rumble style match, and was a solid start to the show. Christopher Daniels vs. Lo-Ki in the Semifinals of the Michael Shane Triple Chance Tournament was the match of the night, while the Sonjay Dutt vs. Chad Collyer Semifinal from the same tournament was fairly boring. Abyss took on Don Harris in a match that exceeded expectations while still not being very good. Red Shirt Security defeated Raven and The Sandman in a fairly dull match. Finally, Sting and AJ Styles defeated Jeff Jarrett and Lex Luger in one of the worst matches I've seen in a while."

[5.0] "This show started well, but as it was advancing it got worst. The opener was a fun battle royal for the contendership for the tag team titles. I liked AMW and Ekmo's perforamnce here. They looked great. I liked the ending with David Young and Glenn Gilberti costing James Storm the victory, that adds another layer to their feud, cause they don't want to face them. And also gives a chance to other teams. Next was a segment involving Jeff Jarrett and Raven. Raven tells him that is his destiny to win the NWA heavyweight title, but Jarrett dismisses him and Raven gets attacked by the Red Shirt Security and Jarrett. Next, the two matches of the Michael Shane Triple Chance Invitational. First, a good encounter between Low Ki and Christopher Daniels, with intensity and cool spots and exchanges. Daniels looks strong winning. Then Sonjay Dutt defeated Chad Collyer in a decent match. Chad look good with his methodical approach. Abyss defeated Don Harris on a bad match. There's no point in Abyss having trouble to defeat Don Harris, the match was boring. Then the Red Shirt Security defeated Raven and Sandman by DQ. It was cool to see the former ECW champions team together and the match had it's moments, but in the end the heat segment was too long and dragged down the quality of the match. Sandman gets DQ after hitting his opponents with a kendo stick. And finally the main event. It was a big new that Lex Luger was returning to wrestling, but even if he still was in good shape, he couldn't go in the ring. I don't like the storyline of pretending that AJ in not a worthy opponent for Jarrett, but I think it gets heat on him. The match was pretty bad, do to Luger's limitations and AJ looking weak. Also the ending was weird, with Sting hitting Luger with the bat three times in front of the referee, but he didn't got DQ. It was a strange show, the one from next week in paper seems far better. We'll see."
