[10.0] "When a promo is not only looked back upon fondly, but still actively referenced 25 years after it was made, you kind of have to class it as an all time great. The concept is a simple but creative one and Jericho doesn't overcook it, or bury it amongst any unnecessary additions. Like a great pop song, he keeps it simple, direct and downright entertaining, all while reinforcing his opponent's character (legitimate technical legend) and his own (arrogant buffoon)."
