[2.0] "Here's a bizarre bit of booking: do the Main Event Mafia vs. TNA Frontline story again, but the Main Event Mafia are inexplicably the faces. That's essentially what we got with Fortune vs. EV2. 0. AJ Styles, Kazarian, Beer Money and Doug Williams - all popular figures - were treated as heel subordinates to do Ric Flair's bidding, whereas the ECW guys - a group of broken old men, by all accounts - were expected to be cheered despite losing at every turn and treated like the pathetic relics they were. This feud didn't even last, with Fortune easily picking off EV2. 0 one by one until they were essentially down to just Tommy Dreamer and Stevie Richards. This was even before the "who's the traitor in EV2. 0? " part, which just made the supposed faces look like idiots as they managed to avoid uniting against Immortal in favour of squabbling. A very infuriating feud overall."

[8.0] "I think that it was a good feud. The ECW Alumni had very good matches and Fortune was super hype when the feud was over."
