[8.0] "The TNA tag title lineage is like a who's who of tag teams across the US. From Beer Money, Team 3D and the Hardys, to Motor City Machine Guns, The Briscoes, and The Rascalz, this championship is fairly prestigious. I think that TNA has tried to present tag team wrestling better than most companies do."
ItsAllAWorkAnyway wrote on 14.10.2025:
[7.0] "While the tag team titles for WWE, AEW, and New Japan are all prestigious in their own right, TNA is perhaps the only promotion of those listed who regularly presented their tag team titles as a top-tier attraction for their promotion right behind their world title. There are a venerable list of high-end tag teams who have held the title at different times, such as Team 3D, The Hardy Boys, SCU, Motor City Machine Guns, The Wolves, and The Good Brothers. The title rarely missed in terms of showcasing or elevating wrestlers for the promotion and deserves recognition as one of the top tag team titles in pro wrestling."

[9.0] "During the Vince PG-era of WWE, TNA by far had the best televised tag team wrestling division in North America. Through the years, Beer Money, LAX, Motor City Machine Guns, and the Hardys have held this title, keeping the prestige. As long as we'll never again see Pacman Jones or The Band with the belts, this is a top title to have for tag teams"
Moose Nugget wrote on 29.01.2024:
[6.0] "At times I think the tag team titles were booked strong than TNA's World Champion, but as always with this promotion there were some strange decisions and weak champions. Beer Money and The Motor City Machine Guns felt like they were going to take the title to another level, but in typical TNA fashion it was fumbled."

XXDoubleHHXX wrote on 13.06.2022:
[7.0] "Some good champions who have held the belts but it feels not until recently that the belts have meaning again. The belts have never had a bad design but I'll personally always prefer their first incarnation."

[7.0] "Many ups and many downs with these championships. + Points: MCMGs, Dirty Heels, Beer Money Inc, Hardys, Decay - made these belts really mean a lot. - Points: Pacman Jones getting a belt because... why not? , The Band, Kurt & Joe winning it solo (storyline or not I just hated it, it's a Tag Team Championship! ). Other great teams held these also, but by around GFW/becoming Impact again, they were really short on teams, and just had some thrown together guys, New LAX being one of the main exceptions however. The Titles are becoming more and more prestigious all the time as of late, being also shown on AEW helped a little if nothing else. A very decent championship."

Rangozz wrote on 10.01.2016:
[10.0] "I don't think anyone has held these that were terrible. Outside Hernandez's Mexican America partner. Bromans worked well together, had a great gimmick and they played to their strengths. I've seen and saw worse champions over the years. Though Beer Money and The Wolves are the big Stand Outs. You also have The Hardys who've held them. That alone is worth a humble boost. You have two of the greatest Tag Teams in general to have held them. Then you have Great teams formed within TNA like Beer Money, LAX, Motor City Machine Guns, AJ Styles and Tomko. I think TNA had a great track record with these Belts. Outside that random streak where Wolves lost them then only to get them back so quick. Following trend of bad luck Jeff did get hurt. Anyway the storylines and reactions then and possibly now will see Tag Teams done right in TNA."

[4.0] "The title has been used in too many stupid situations to justify a better rating. Some of the people who have hold this title should've never even laced up a pair of wrestling boots in the first place. So while some big names has held them, and there's been some good matches, there's certainly also been some terrible matches and some terrible booking decisions."
Fighter Daron wrote on 29.01.2012:
