- In Folge des verlorenen Goddesses Of Stardom Tag League Finale am 11.11.2016 attackierte Io Shirai ihre Thunder Rock-Partnerin und stellte die zurückkehrende Reo Hazuki als neue Verbündete vor.
- Momo Watanabe schloss sich dem Duo am 20.11. während eines Tag Match an, als sie Mayu Iwatani hinterging und sich von HZK ohne Gegenwehr pinnen ließ.
- Azumi bat Shirai am 11.02.2017 um die Aufnahme in die Gruppe, was diese ihr gewährte.
- Shirai forderte Viper am 30.07. auf sich von Oedo Tai loszusagen und ihrer Truppe anzuschließen.
- Bea Priestley, Chardonnay und Konami stießen im Zuge des Stardom Draft am 15.04.2018 zur Gruppierung hinzu, HZK wurde indes von Kagetsu zu Oedo Tai geholt.
- Shirai verließ World Wonder Ring Stardom im Juni Richtung World Wrestling Entertainment und somit auch ihre Gruppierung.
- Chardonnay, Priestley & Viper kreierten im Sommer mit Queen's Quest UK einen Ableger im Vereinigten Königreich.
- Utami Hayashishita schloss sich dem Stable am 23.11. an, nachdem sie zusammen mit Watanabe die Goddesses Of Stardom Titel von JAN gewannen.
- Hina und Leo Onozaki stießen im Zuge des Stardom Draft am 14.04.2019 zur Gruppierung hinzu, Konami wurde indes von Hana Kimura gewählt.
- Priestley hinterging Queen's Quest und schloss sich somit Oedo Tai an, indem sie Momo Watanabe nach deren Match mit Mayu Iwatani am 19.01.2020 attackierte.
- Onozaki beendete am 16.02. ihre Karriere aufgrund diverser Nackenverletzungen und schied so aus der Gruppierung aus.
- Hayashishita unterbreitete Saya Kamitani in Folge eines Future Of Stardom Titelkampf am selbigen Tag eine Mitgliedschaft in der Gruppierung, welche diese auch annahm.
- Watanabe hinterging MOMOAZ-Partnerin AZM am 18. Dezember 2021 in den Schlussmomenten eines Captain's Fall Match gegen Oedo Tai, in dem ein zwangsläufiger Beitritt Starlight Kids zu Queen's Quest bzw. Watanabe zu Oedo Tai auf dem Spiel stand, und trat der rivalisierten Gruppierung aus freien Stücken bei.
- Lady C bot AZM, Saya Kamitani und Utami Hayashishita am 03.01.2022 ihre Dienste an, was das Trio annahm und sie folglich der Gruppierung hinzufügten.
- Hayashishita bot Miyu Amasaki im Anschluss an deren gemeinsames Match am 11.03. eine Mitgliedschaft an, die Amasaki auch annahm.
- Utami Hayashishita verließ Stardom Ende März 2024 und schloss sich Dream Star Fighting Marigold an, womit sie aus der Gruppierung austrat.
- Queen's Quest verloren am 22.06. ein Losing Unit Must Split Match gegen Oedo Tai, nach welchem AZM, Hina, Lady C und Miyu Amasaki das Stable verlassen mussten.
- Saya Kamitani schloss sich einen Monat später mit Natsuko Toras Gruppierung zusammen, woraus HATE entstand.

"Queen's Quest solidifies itself as a bastion for top tier women's wrestling, and wrestling as a whole sport for that matter. It has produced some of the most iconic wrestlers of their generation, including but not limited to Utami, Io, AZM, and of course the current red belt and the woman that brought the stable to a close, Saya. Queen's Quest remains criminally underrated on a global scale."

[10.0] "My favorite stable of all time. Io was the leader so they instantly became my favorite when I started watching stardom. However, even after Io left they stayed my favorite as I still loved AZM and Utami was quicky becoming a fav of mine as well. Will never forget this group, shame it ended the way it did."

Taro Okada has done a lot of good things in Stardom since he took over, but the killing of two legendary units in Oedo Tai and Queen's Quest purely because Bushiroad was salty towards Rossy is something that shouldn't be forgotten or forgiven. Bow down to the Queens."

A unit of people who share the same philosophy but don't need to support each other to get things done. Maybe now is not their best period, but in general I always liked them. Majestic, cold-blooded with a fundamental approach to wrestling."

[10.0] "Seriously cool faction. The current QQ all have amazing looks and have a calm, cool charisma about them. AZM, Lady C, Kamitani are all favourites of mine and I really like Utami too. They were great under Io and under Momo. I was sad to see Momo go heel (until she started killing it almost immediately that is) and I can't wait to see who takes over the unit leadership. Is Io coming back soon? I also really love the consistency of the group's line-up in recent years; they have barely changed while the other factions have had plenty of women come and go."

[9.0] "It's still a fantastic stable. Stables can sometimes wither down and nosedive after their leaders depart, but Queen's Quest has held strong even in the post-Io years. Their matches deliver, they still have some phenomenal workers and their promos are usually fun. There's more to them than that, but the point is that they're still awesome."

[7.0] "Queen's Quest has been pretty consistently good as in ring workers. Their current incarnation are very exciting to watch & each member brings a different dynamic. I will say that they often do not feel as unified as the other groups in Stardom. AZM, Kamitani, & Hayashishita are all current favorites of mine within the group, but it sometimes feels that the individual parts exceed the stable as a whole. To be extremely nitpicky: I don't like the "Bow down to the Queens" tagline."

[9.0] "Currently they are the best women's faction in the world. Maybe not the most popular, but overall the best. Since Oedo Tai turned completely awful, Queen's Quest took the leading in Stardom. They currently have the best prospering talent - AZM. I love this group."

[8.0] "TLDR - A good heel stable that brings a whole new bunch of storylines and angles to stardom. While at the time of this writing, Queen's Cross is only a little over a month old. Despite this, Queen's Cross has already freshened up Stardom's main event scene, creating a whole new dynamic to Io Shirai's championship reign, has elevated Momo from upper mid card babyface to top heel and introduced HZK to Stardom(who I'm still trying to figure out how talented she is)."
