A very "meat and potatoes" wrestler, but incredibly charismatic and goofy in a fun way. Sort of a poor man's Jimmy Valiant, but I wind up liking Bugsy a lot more looking back."

Very hilarious and would had been an independent talent that could had been Joey Janelas partner. He had good movements and clubs to the chest of his opponents. His spin from the two step is kinda impossible to replicate."

[7.0] "Of all of the goofy, kids oriented, living cartoon characters - Bugsy McGraw aged the best and is the most watchable deep into my adult years. For some reason I view Bugsy McGraw as the Captain Kangaroo of wrestling, but even I don't know what that actually means. I can't even rationalize why I enjoy him, must be something primal *shrug*."

In the ring, he always seemed very limited and more of a brawler than a wrestler. The kids liked him because he was just weird, he'd come to the ring wearing a world war one aviators cap and goggles. Overall he was more of a comedy act than anything else."

I guess he was a more serious hard core heel earlier in his career. Had good size for that era. Seemed capable of selling in the ring from what I saw. Seamed ok on his promo. Ive never heard much praise for him in the shoots I've heard so I don't think I'm being too unfair with my grade, but maybe someone that saw him more could speak on this"
