[2.0] "He lacks in nearly every aspect and urgently needs character development or direction. I'd prefer to see him grow in the indies rather than get lost in a bloated roster."
[4.0] "Er ist noch jung und hat noch viel Entwicklungspotential. Im Ring und Mikrofon sind Ansätze da, er muss aber noch reifen. Er hat allerdings eine gute Ausstrahlung und Wiedererkennungswert."
[3.0] "Griff Garrison is competent in the ring, but doesn't stand out in that regard. His main problem, though, is charisma. I'm not sure I've ever seen a less charismatic wrestler in a semi-prominent position for a major company. I don't know if trying a heel turn might help, but as a babyface he is the definition of bland."
[4.0] "Got better, then once his push expired he basically vanished, and wasn't so good that he's very missed. He's getting noticeably better as time goes on, but he's not there yet. Very rangy and more than a little awkward in the ring. Doesn't seem very athletic."
[5.0] "Garrison is definitely the worst in the Varsity Blondes. I think his in ring work is passable, but he has no character or charisma. He really needs to improve, otherwise there'll be no real future for him or the Blondes."
Mau."
[4.0] "I don't have much interest in the Varsity Blondes other than their feud with the House of Black and Julia Hart. I think I've only seen one promo from Griff and it was OK and I do like him a little more than Pillman Jr. tbh."
[3.0] "Griff Garrison is the worst of Varsity Blondes. He gives me no reason to care about his character. He lacks charisma and his in-ring is passable. He's still young and he's going to get better."
[7.0] "I seriously expect a lot out of Griff Garrison in the future! He's come a long way from being a BTE meme to cutting solid promos on Black. I do think Varsity Blondes should stay together for a little longer, because both of them are too green in the ring to break out as singles stars just yet. And speaking of which, he has a good look, but his in-ring work could really use some work before he becomes a full-fledged wrestler in AEW."
[7.0] "Griff seems to be pretty good athletically, and is already brimming with charisma. I do not have much to say since he is still very well into the formative years of his career, but he is off to a great start and got put with a great partner in Pillman Jr. I'd say I would like for a bit more precision in his moves, but you can tell he brings energy into what he does, which is the right foot to start on. I think over time, he can be a highly versatile character and seems to have the heart and passion to swing both ways if need be. He is one promising young guy I hope AEW provides opportunities for, if they continue to work with him."
