While not always in the spotlight, his influence is undeniable--on the mic, he's witty and sharp, able to flip from goofy to serious without missing a beat. In the ring, he's crisp and innovative, often playing the perfect support role in tag matches or stealing the show when given a singles opportunity. Outside the ring, Woods has been a cultural force. His work with UpUpDownDown brought gaming and wrestling together in a way no one else had, and his advocacy for education and representation has made him one of WWE's most respected voices. He's proof that charisma and intelligence are just as powerful as brute strength in this business."

[7.0] "A true great of tag team wrestling. Very solid and reliable performer at the highest level for over a decade now. The least successful and recognisable member of the New Day, but there really is no shame in that. Hope he can win singles gold before the end of his career."

[5.0] "The worst third of the New Day. With a very boring and bland character, not much to say of his in-ring work. The only memorable thing of him so far are his recent standoffish segments with Kofi Kingston. Otherwise, he just has been there, feeling like a background character sneaking into the foreground."

[6.0] "Not a huge fan of Xavier, to be honest. Saw somebody else mention he's very one-dimensional and I think that was the perfect word to describe him. He's just Xavier Woods, that's it. The least charismatic member of The New Day and probably the most boring in-ring. He's not very exciting and was really held up by the likes of Kofi & Big E during their New Day run. I think he might be better off as a heel, but even then, he's very bland. Never seen him have a fantastic match or anything, he just does his job and that's it. Doesn't really offer anything more than a standard wrestling match in 2024."

[6.0] "I think Xavier Woods is alright, he is not mid and not that great but sometimes i reall love watching Xavier. He is a good talent that could have been used better recently. In ring wise he is alright."

[5.0] "Consequences Creed has plenty of charisma which is really his main stand out feature. I am not sure he has ever had a great singles match in his life but the New Day were a long term enduring act and he is perfectly fine as a tag guy."

[6.0] "He's meh. That's it really. Not good nor entertaining enough to be a world champion, and is quite possibly way past the point of a credible mid-card title run. Easily the worst member of New Day and it's nowhere near close."

[6.0] "I used to feel he was underused, but he's likely in the right role. He will never be a main event talent, but will likely have a job for a very long time in a comedy role, maybe a couple midcard title runs eventually, but he's simply a good hand"

In the ring he's not a guy that you watch and stay impressed, but he's solid."

[6.0] "Xavier Woods is an upper average wrestler, capable of some nice moves but above all who is blessed with a brilliant sense of humor driven by the talent necessary to carry it. However, he acts as the weakest link in the New Day, probably because his two other companions are better: one is stronger and funnier, the other one is more athletic and more experienced. His place in the company is the one that suits him."

[8.0] "Xaiver Woods is the only one of the New Day not to win a world championship. He is extremely charismatic, fun on the mic and is a great athlete with good technical abilities in the ring. His run in TNA was good but nothing overly memorable. In WWE before the New Day he did not do much but once the New Day started his charisma and energy really started to show."

[9.0] "excellent character, great charisma, great promo, great guy, great athlete. people who spend too much time in WWE's midcard get absolutely underrated by the IWC. Xavier has been a pro's pro for over a decade and part of one of WWE's all-time great tag teams."

[9.0] "Hes one of the best promos in WWE since the start of the New Day, and on top of that hes been a very consistent worker ever since his days as Consequences Creed in TNA. If I were WWE, Id definitely give Xavier an Intercontinental or United States Championship someday. If he gets super over somehow, Id even put the World Championship on him."

[5.0] "Works best in a tag team where he can pull out interesting double team moves on an opponent. Not nearly as good as a singles competitor as Kofi."

[10.0] "IMO the best member of the New Day. He oozes charisma, and is a good in ring worker who can put on a compelling match with almost anybody. He should win a singles title in the next year at least."

[9.0] "It's cool to see Xavier Woods finally getting his flowers. Always viewed as the weak link in New Day (by the fans and by the office), he was often the jobber to the stars of the group and rarely got a spotlight of his own. Excels as a tag team wrestler but has proven he has what it takes to break out into a singles role. His King of the Ring win was a feel good moment and briefly pushed him into a story with Roman, though he fell back into the tag division soon after. Xavier Woods has charisma in spades, good in the ring, great on the mic, and is just generally likeable as well as relatable. I hope he's able to push through and win a singles title someday. He's earned it."

[10.0] "By any and every definition an elite tier tag team wrestler in WWE having accumulated RAW/SmackDown/NXT gold in addition to the TNA Word Tag Team Titles and King of the Ring tournament. WWE does appear to see a cap on his potential but he? s shown himself able to get over and be champion on just about any level."

[9.0] "Always loved him in TNA despite knowing they would never push him(or lethal) during his time. He isn't some super worker or unbelievable promo but he just does something for me. He is what makes the new day work because of his sheer dedication to the group"

[10.0] "Xavier Woods, isn't Xavier Woods without the New Day, although we shouldn't forget how much of a great talent he is even standalone. He is occasionally perceived as only being carried by the group, although especially in recent years, he has proved to be just as good as the rest of the New Day. I'd like to see the trifecta complete, and for Woods to, someday, carry the WWE Championship."

[8.0] "Such an underrated talent. Has proved to be just as good as the other New Day members in recent years. He was great against Lashley and Usos in HIAC."

[10.0] "Incredibly underrated. Woods is so so good and what he does. One of the best characters in all of WWE. Would love to see him as a world champ one day. He is super great man, he can work, entertain, do everything."

[7.0] "The New Day's most underrated member. Xavier is the voice of The New Day and until 2016 we saw him mostly as a speaker. Since then, he has made an amazing progress in the ring and is now a very good player, he has the original moveset: Elbow Drop with line walking, DDT from ropes, Shinning Wizard, Lost in The Woods, Discus Forearm Smash - I like these moves very much. I'd like to see Xavier with some solo championship, and maybe a WWE title in the future, like Big E and Kofi."

[9.0] "This is my fucking guy bro. Totally have loved this guy's slow rise in his wrestling career. Hope he does the impossible and proves everyone wrong just like his new day brothers and gets that WWE championship one day."

[8.0] "How is Xavier Woods rated this low? He is pretty good in the ring, is pretty darn charismatic, and is pretty darn good on the mic too. He's also a really likable guy as well."

[6.0] "Woods is a decent wrestler and he has great mind for the business, though I don't see him as a super great singles wrestler."

[7.0] "Great on the mic with tons of charisma. His size limits his push as a singles star in WWE but he provided some solid matches in the X Division in Impact. Still, it is his weakness, especially compared to the other two in New Day and there was a reason he was the odd man out in most big matches when New Day was defending under the freebird rule. He can shine in tag teams though and deliver memorable moments of his own on occasion. His charisma is what really breaks through though and that was apparent from the early days of New Day to the current day as well. It seemed he had a slow start with WWE but he has found a nice spot to be in and has mastered his role."

[7.0] "People really seem to write off Woods/Creed as a comedy act and tag specialist and nothing more, well to them I say 1) Watch any of his matches in TNA's X Division as Consequences Creed, and 2) Watch his latest series of matches as a singles wrestler since winning KOTR. Hopefully he gets a world title run out of his latest push and completes the New Day trifecta."

[6.0] "Xavier Woods is alright. His strength is on the microphone and entertaining the crowd. He's not bad in the ring, but he lacks behind both his New Day partners, and clearly in accomplishments on too, as Kofi and Big E have both won world championships in WWE. Still, Woods is fairly well accomplished within the New Day, as well as winning King Of The Ring this year. He's good in the ring, but cannot break out of the bubble of being just "good":"

"King Xavier Woods is great in the ring, has got lot of charisma and promo ability. I hope he goes on to become a great king of the ring and a singles wrestler."

[6.0] "Xavier was okay in the New Day and is decent in the ring and has decent charisma but on his own he'd be nothing"

[9.0] "Xavier Woods is a phenomenal professional wrestler. His mic skills are on point and he has great in-ring ability. I think people forget how great he is because he is stuck in the shadow of Kofi Kingston and formerly Big E."

[8.0] "Woods / Creed is fun to watch. His charisma is excellent, and being apart of the New Day has really helped him showcase this so much more. I remember particularly despising him back when New Day were heels in 2015 because he knew exactly how to get on people's nerves. Despite how annoying he was, he manages to be hilarious as well. He is a crucial part of the New Day for this reason. I always felt like he was an okay worker. Compared to Kofi and E, Creed is not as memorable of a competitor, but he is certainly capable and was a great recruit for the X-Division early in his career. Watching UpUpDownDown has also made me respect him more as a person, and I can tell he's generally a passionate guy. Good wrestler and great person!"

[7.0] "Hard not to talk about Woods without also talking about New Day. New Day is probably the best team of the 2010s. They started great as heels, but also transitioned well to faces (and back & forth between roles). I will say that the act has grown very stale at this point, though. Woods seemed like the glue to keep the act together. Not the best in ring worker of the three, but had a charisma & spirit to help the team. I first saw Woods in TNA & I am happy he dropped the Apollo Creed knockoff gimmick."

[6.0] "Woods fits being a talker than a performer: this isn't to say he's bad at wrestling, but he's never been very remarkable in the role despite having 10+ years in the business. He's got some nice offence but you'd never think he's anything beyond a good hand in the tag scene. He's solid on the mic, good comedic charm: definitely a strong mouthpiece, hence why he was initially paired along with two guys who weren't good with a mic at all. That being said, nothing about him screams unique. Definitely lower card."

[7.0] "He is entertaining and can cut a good promo. Unfortunately, he can't breakout as a singles star and will always be better as part of a tag team or stable."

[7.0] "With his size and charisma, Woods' best role in WWE may well be as a mouthpiece, but when he does get in the ring he is definitely a solid worker. He excels as a tag specialist, certainly in his current run with the New Day, but also in earlier days while teaming with Jay Lethal in TNA. He may not be quite as well-positioned for singles success as his New Day partners if and when the stable breaks up, but certainly could fit right in with the 205 Live roster if nothing else."

[7.0] "High energy and always enthusiastic with whatever he is doing regarding wrestling, Xavier Woods simply loves this business and you can tell by the joy he get's out of performing whether it be as a member of the New Day or back when he was Consequences Creed he has great skill and charisma."

[7.0] "Xaiver Woods really got to show his worth in tags vs. Usos and singles matches vs. Jinder or English. Woods has charisma in spades and may be one of the more infectiously likable people (hell, the entire New Day are). He's also an underrated in-ring performer, he's athletic, a very good seller and bumper and he's got some fun moves that can work the crowd. He's best in tag team as he doesn't have the look to be anything more than a meddling midcarder but as 1/3 of the New Day, he is a valauble asset."

[6.0] "Good talker. Quite solid in the ring and charismatic. Pretty overlooked and underrated by the fans. His work with new day is really good. Entertaining at times. So a 6 to me."

[8.0] "At first, though i was happy for him to be taking a much larger role, I considered Xavier Woods the weaker member of the New Day, seeing how in the title matches he would take up the manager role. The role did help elevate the trio, but the lack of wrestling didn't do much for him in my opinion. Lately however, Woods has been taking part in much more matches, and we have finally been witnessing his talent. Their rivalry with the Usos has shown great chemistry and Woods has benefitted the most. Though I still consider Kofi the be the most talented of the trio, I now hold Xavier Woods in higher esteem than when I did before."

[9.0] "Extremely creative, a great worker, excellent mic skills, and a solid actor. He's one of the most underrated members of New Day and prospers in any role that he's placed in."

[7.0] "Great on the mic and about as good as Kofi in the ring. I feel like of the three he has the least likely chance of ascending the upper card, but if he does he'll probably make more of it then either of the two. I haven't seen his TNA stuff so I can't comment too much on how good he was there but hes shown glimpses of stardom in the WWE."

[7.0] "Really entertaining wrestling, with some very good mic skills (in my opinion, the best in the New Day when it comes to that) and some very decend in ring skills. Glad he got to show the world how good he actually was."

[9.0] "I think he's actually the most well-rounded wrestler out of the New Day and he's the funniest person to listen to on the main roster and he's the key to reaching the younger generation of wrestling fans. He's very underrated in the ring and can channel babyface emotion very well as the face in peril in a tag team match, comparable to that of Johnny Gargano."

[9.0] "Woods has quality promo works. He is also underrated in the ring as he really can go with top guys, too. He should be featured more in the ring rather than being a semi-manager."
