[7.0] "Time really passes. I still remember when he first started wrestling I was so excited for him because he learned very quickly and believe it or not I've had him as 10 at one point may be 3 years into his career but currently he's just a 7"

[8.0] "Takuya is a chill guy, his real personality is basically his in-ring gimmick, similar to his Astronauts mate Fuminori Abe. Like Abe, Nomura is a great shoot-style wrestler and an even better tag team wrestler in my opinion. The only thing that holds him from a higher rating is his look, and a lack of personality/gimmick in-ring. Initially I thought he's better with Abe than being solo, which is true, but after watching a couple of singles Nomura matches, I can say he himself is an impeccable in-ring talent with the ability to wrestle a doll and make a 8/10 match with it."

[10.0] "Nomura, in my opinion is the better of the two between him and Abe, and is incredibly underrated in the ring. I'll be rating them primarily based on their in-ring work, so while Abe may be the more charismatic, and be the more well known one between them both. Nomura's ultimately the better wrestler"

[9.0] "One of the best strikers and grapplers of his generation. Unfortunately a bit overshadowed by his partner Fuminori Abe but together they are the best team of the 2020s."

[10.0] "I have to agree with everyone with their praises of Takuya Nomura, he's a beast and so good when it comes to grappling and striking. I think his personality is the only thing that could do with some work, but he's so damn good when it comes to his matches that it's easy to ignore."

He's the best shoot style wrestler going in the world right now while also being a dynamic tag team wrestler with Fuminori Abe. [10.0] "Takuya Nomura is the fucking man in modern wrestling. Really reminiscent of a young Shibata or Maeda with absolutely insane shoot style ability and an extremely underappreciated cockiness that adds a lot of character to everything he does. His work with fellow shoot prodigy Fuminori Abe as the Astronauts has made me consider them the best tag team in the world for two years now, and his singles stuff has produced at least one MOTY(the Okabayashi match in 2019). I have no idea how much higher his ceiling can go, but considering he's only 27 we've definitely got a while to see just how much better he can get."

[10.0] "It is unbelievable how good he is, in such a short time he demonstrated the skills of someone already very experienced and that having only 4 years of wrestling, he is absurdly good, I am really enjoying it of his run as Tag Team Champion with Abe, but I can't wait for BJW to pull the trigger on him and allow him to get a taste of the World Title, his style, confidence, skills, he is the future."

[9.0] "One of the most promising rookies in Japanese wrestling at the moment. Nomura reminds me a lot of a younger Kiyoshi Tamura, or a heavyweight version. He works a very realistic style which makes any of his matches reasonable and compelling. Look out for this guy."

[9.0] "He's been wrestling for 2 fucking years and he's already amazing. Nomura has all the skills to be a star in basically any promotion and that's all came from his trainer, Hideki Suzuki, who is basically the king of catch as catch can in 2018, so yeah he's learnt from the best. I first saw him teaming with Hideyoshi Kamitani against The Agression, and I knew there was something special about him straight away. He's had a few matches against Suzuki over the past couple of years and they've all been under 20 minutes yet they're all brilliant, and when Nomura finally beats him, it'll be a fantastic moment. Basically what I'm saying is, he's the future."

[10.0] "Why and how is he so good already. I don't get it but I'm all for it. I hope bjw pull the trigger on him at the right time because he is a special boy"

[9.0] "Two Years. 2 years. 2. That's how long Nomura has been wrestling for and he is already pretty incredible. His striking abilities are spot of, stiff, crisp, pin-point. He has can pretty good matches with some great names like Hideki Suzuki, Daichi Hashimoto (less great), etc. Nomura is already a great wrestler and is very marketable due to his facial features. He is no doubt a star in the making. He has the ability, the looks, the presence. All he needs is the booking to be on his side. Maybe that won;t happen in BJW but somewhere like All Japan or New Japan, he will be a mega star. One to look out for."

[9.0] "I saw the match with Daichi Hashimoto, and I ended up admiring him instead! The slaps, the kicks, the elbows.. one of the most promising brawlers I've seen. Everything he does sounds like a firing gun. Mark my words, he will be either an Ace of a Japanese company, or a Main Eventer in NJPW pretty soon."

[10.0] "Holy sassy Molassy. What could I say about Takuya Nomura? In my very own opinion, he is one of the best rookies in Japan -heck, in the world! All the kicks, slaps and forearms he hits are filled with the most arduous passion. The kid puts effort on his matches, and anyone could easily notice it. Although he needs to expand his moveset a bit, he is already a pretty good in-ring performer. If he keeps up with the good work, he could be the top babyface of BJW! Definitely, a 10."

Nobody with 9 months of experience should have this much fire and passion in every strike, but Takuya absolutely has that fire. He gets in the ring with 10+ year veterans and kicks some ass while taking a beating full force. Incredible potential in this young man."
