The only thing holding him back in my opinion is his mic work, but he can work on that as he continues to win main events in the coming years. 2025 will be the Year of the Fuj. (5/17/2025 update): Fujita has evolved into the best young wrestling prospect in Japan. His current run in BOSJ has been one to watch with no bad matches so far. Amazing wrestler."

Formerly, I didn't care much more Fujita when he was a young lion, but Fujita has somehow emerged as one of NJPW's most likable babyfaces practically out of nowhere. He's simply excellent in the ring for his age and already had such an understanding of small aspects on how to get crowd reactions. Generally, if Fujita wins the IWGP Junior Heavyweight championship in the next year or so, then I can actually die happy with the knowledge that Ichiban Sweet Boy gets the flowers he's proving that he deserves."

He could very easily bulk up to an intimidating heavyweight technical wrestler similar to ZSJ, or just kill it in the Jr. division. His strikes are stiff, his submissions are excellent and he elevates most match-ups hes in. Hes also developed a really brilliant and unique look and has a lot of in ring charisma for someone his age. For now hes getting an 8 for the exceptional performances hes put on for his age, but I could see it getting to a 9 or 10 in a couple years."
